I adored Trey and Bunny. I was quite disappointed when they were both written out fairly early. I found Steve annoying and whining, but by all accounts his character is far less annoying than Miranda’s in this rehash.

I think they're both great characters.

I couldn't warm to Harry at first (probably because I'm shallow and he's a little bit repulsive) but I've grown to be quite fond of him now I've matured 😂

Aw Trey and Bunny 🥰 Loved to hate Bunny but such a good character. Unfortunately the woke brigade have ruined any chance of anything remotely similar ever again 😩

What a strange experience watching this series is. There’s a weirdly disorienting feeling to the whole thing and I think it’s to do with the treatment of time. How much time has passed since it started - a month? A year? Two? Five? It’s impossible to tell. Things that should take a long time, like selling and buying apartments and mourning a death and coming to terms with alcoholism seem to happen at lightening speed; months pass after Carrie’s hip replacement but everyone keeps referencing the “comedy concert” as if it happened yesterday. Nothing feels rooted in anything substantial and the whole premise seems paper-thin. What a very bizarre concoction this is.

Yes, SATC was very good at showing the seasons consistently during a series, often showing the transition from one to the next (Season 6 in particular moves through spring/summer to autumn and then winter and we get to see New York in the changing seasons which I loved). Even the first film did this as I recall... this just feels a mess, there is no cohesive timeline and it could be set anywhere really... I know it's a different show with a different name but I'm pissed that they seem to have dropped the City bit but kept the Sex (albeit more masturbation focused than the original series - BTW what is it with this programme and masturbation?!).

There's also the word 'mufti', which means a (1) a Muslim legal expert and (2) civilian clothes worn by people in the military or other jobs that require uniforms (I think the latter is now an archaic word from WWI as I read about it in Vera Brittain's book Testament of Youth and had to look it up as I was so confused!). And that's (almost) everything I know about Muff. ;)
To derail the thread further, Mufti Day is still a common term in Australia for a uniform free day at school!

Okay, just watched it with my morning coffee and all I can see is
