That was a bleeping comedian?! It was more like some weird Pro LGBT sermon with Amens being replaced with “woos!” If being gay is your personality and only trait to the point where your career is about you being gay, you need a bleeping hobby.

Also the Chris Noth rape allegations are extremely disappointing and horrific. He preyed upon women with his Big persona and used that to rape them. Vile man.

I used to be terrified too, until I realised that TERF was one of the less offensive words I've been called as a woman. If you want to do some more digging, or just to think out loud, you're welcome on the gender discussion thread

Has anyone worked out why Gloria was bawling so hard? I swear I thought I'd missed something and she was Bigs mother or something especially as Carrie said "that's what she likes to be called" referring to secretary. More woke Shite about labels or something else. I have googled.

I wondered this! That'd be a hilarious plot twist, she was the surrogate for his parents who were in fact a trans couple who couldn't have children :ROFLMAO:

I think quite a few of us wondered, especially as she tried to sit at the front.
Also the flowers....I can hear Samantha now....finally she got to lay on top of Big. They missed a trick with that, would have brought it back to the good old days. Sorry for being crass but its so the original show and not this sentimental urgh.

Unless it was something weird like she used to be his nanny as a child (age wise that seems tenable? Although they never explicitly said he was old money like they did Trey…?).

It needs to be another level of betrayal to justify Carrie dating in a matter of weeks in order to cram it into this series?

yeah I had imagined she would sneak in just before, sit at the back, Carrie would have made a huge deal about her not saying hi (or whatever) the whole storyline with her just proved how much of a better person she is than Carrie, I never would have been so nice to someone who had cheated with my husband
