Surely a buyer can't block a seller whilst the transaction is incomplete? That can't be right.

Why is the Royal Mail bit of Inpost to home so totally shut!
Inpost locker to locker, 2 days and it’s there. Inpost to home, tracks quickly through the Inpost network and then they hand it over to RM and it takes another week. Are RM deliberately holding up inpost parcels

When it says they’re blocked on their profile, it means they’ve been banned by Vinted (so they’ve not blocked you).

I’m not sure if they can still return items when they’ve been banned, but if they do return it, make sure to film yourself opening the parcel just incase.

If they don’t return it by the 23rd then the sale will automatically complete and Vinted will release your money, so you will still be paid

I don’t mind sensible offers. But on Vinted they’ve definitely changed something recently as now people can offer silly prices when before they couldn’t.

If I have something for sale for £10 then yes I’ll probably accept £8/9 but I’m not going to accept £2!

Now people can offer me whatever I like the stupid offers are flooding in. Anyone asking for 50%+ off just gets straight blocked. Anyone making a second offer after the first was declined is blocked. I'd rather leave it sitting in my cupboard before I sell for half my asking price. Piss off losers.

I complained to Evri after the new delivery person was just dumping parcels on the doorstep without even knocking etc. I live on a busy street/main road ffs.

Friend sent me a gift via them. Out for delivery Weds. Suddenly it wasn't and said will be delivered next day. Never to move or be seen again now I suspect.

Shame can't divert to a parcelshop but I won't be using evri for home delivery anymore now they've changed the driver here! Not my fault you couldn't do your bloody jobs and make sure it's safely dropped off (I even have a note on my door of where to leave which was ignored!)

They should just get rid of offers now. You price it knowing that people will offer in the first place, so what’s the point?

Someone messaged me at 11pm for the “armpit to armpit distance” then next message was “exact length please”. Then didn’t respond.

Anyone had Vinted find in their favour in a dispute? I quite fancy my chances as the person claiming there is no tag on the item attached a photo of the item with the tag attached in it , but I know ebay would tend to automatically side with the buyer in that situation.

Very, very confused.

Buyer didn’t pick up from inpost lockers & item was being sent back on 12/12.

Inpost tracking didn’t progress beyond “picked up by the courier to return to seller” and as I’m away for Christmas figured I’d deal with it later once enough time was elapsed for it to be lost.

Woke up to a message saying item delivered to buyer and money immediately released to my account. I can leave a review for her.

I’m very confused. How did she get this parcel? It still says “expired parcel collected by courier” in the tracking information.

Just had someone send a message to complain about an item I sold them in September!
Which was accepted by them at the time as ok, postive feedback left and payment released!

Today they have edited their feedback from September and sent me a message that’s it’s damaged/not as expected at the same time. Says pump doesn’t work and the colour of the product looks off.

Was an unopened hair care item! Edited comment says pump doesn’t work and it looks to be refilled! Cheeky twit!

The item was brand new unused and in its original box, only removed to take sales images!

Her feedback is about 3 times more descriptive than her short cheeky message!
Raging as all my feedback is positive on all aspects and now I have this woman defecating all over it
