I think if he was making sexual jokes and inappropriate comments, he should have been told (at some point in the last 13 years) to stop it and they should have quietly started to drop him.

i think being *suspended* for this is too much and too late. It’s easy to forget how different things were in 2011.

And I don’t like Gregg at all.

I know where you're coming from and I do feel a bit sorry for people who made inappropriate comments a decade or more ago, when sexual banter was often common in certain industries. I'm not saying that excuses bad behaviour and sexual assault however.

I think there’s a pattern of behaviour, which people talk about because it still happens and he’s very unlikeable. People are allowed to recall him being a slimy git.
When people chat about this, the company has to take notice and take action.
Lets face it people have been trying to take him down for years, he’s slimy and he’s rude.

Totally agree. Which just tells me that he's a particularly odious twit who has pissed too many people off for this to now be brought up to get rid of him. Arts / TV /Film / Music industry is rife with stories like this.

I love how he signs it 'Sir Rod' 😂
AND that he used one g for Gregggggggggg. Chefs kiss to Sir Rod.

He's always been blatantly repulsive on that programme about factories with the poor female factory workers who have to laugh and play along with his 'banter' and 'flirting' because he's the star of the show
If he's like that on camera God only knows what he's like behind the scenes.
