If anything sordid came out about Rowan Atkinson, Greg Davies or Jack Whitehall I'd be bleeping crushed. The vast majority of others come across as absolute women hating ballbags so I wouldn't at all be surprised tbh.
James Acaster does an excellent routine about being dumped for Mr Bean. James girlfriend at the time, early 20s. Was in a play with Rowan, they split up pretty soon after she started the play. Rowan went on to marry the girl. So James says he's in the unique position of being dumped for Mr Bean.
There's a lot more to it, but it's long, so it's worth checking out.

Steering away from brand for a bit, and AS may have just been out having fun….but also heavily rumoured to be gay 😍 not that I’d ever have a chance in hell but a guy can dream eh?

I would think AS is quite fluid and comfortable in his own skin to do whatever he wants especially being a beautiful perfect Swedish person 🤣

It’s been discussed in the Sofie Hagen thread, but Mark Watson is a wrong’un. She has a bit in her new show about an unnamed comedian she had a years-long affair with, and mentions (amongst other things) him sleeping with a 16 year old fan. She doesn’t name the comedian she’s talking about but it’s almost certainly Watson.
He's the one who had a long standing affair and tried to play it off as somehow his wifes fault for being pregnant or just having a baby right?

Frank Skinner used to be obsessed with anal sex. In his autobiography 'Frank Skinner' he mentions it quite a bit, and the book ends with him winning the Perrier Award at the Fringe - he then claims that he used the Perrier bottle-shaped award on a woman anally to celebrate.

Frank Skinners real name is Chris Collins. He has recently returned to the catholic faith. Seeking forgiveness for something I guess.

He returned to his Catholic faith when he was 28

Gosh, I’m so sorry that happened to you and that you didn’t get the support you deserved from your mother of all people. 😞 When our own mothers act like that and blame us, it’s even harder for us to trust ourselves and know that it wasn’t our fault. It really does something to your brain and self-esteem. You’re not alone and massive hugs to you. ❤

My mother will often say stupid things about r*pe victims like: “Why is she so upset? It’s not like she was a v*rgin. She shouldn’t be THAT bad about it” or “What was she doing out at that hour anyway?”. It’s an absolutely vile way to think and speak, especially coming from another WOMAN! 🤦‍♀️

Thank you and to everyone for their kind words and support, I'm in my late forties now with a wonderful husband and daughter

I remember reading that. David Baddiel was the same too. I always have a mental picture of him badgering Mummy Pig for anal. Yuk.

There's a few interesting bits in this interview of Brand with the Great Norm McDonald, particularly the bit around 32-33 minutes when he says (approximately ) that he can look back in his dark times with humour now, but 'so long as you don't think too much about the victims' (approx).

The interview starts about 10.minutes in.

Isn’t it interesting, looking back, how many male comedians have done routines for decades that quite explicitly tells us who they are? And yet no one ever questioned it, because to question is was to not get the joke and not be edgy or clever enough.

It’s the same with men in bands - so many have turned out to have dodgy attitudes towards women at best, rapists and sexual abusers at worst.

Fame and fortune really does corrupt, doesn’t it?

Didn’t Walliams humiliate an audience member horribly - or have I got that wrong?
I’m not sure if it was said that the audience member was a plant.
The thing with him though, for me, is that I always feel like the camp persona has hidden a predatory and rather unpleasant nature towards women.
And that might be unfair of me, but, as with Brand, I would not be shocked if he was exposed.
