It is all coming crashing down around her, not only will she have to answer for the Haven Hospice she could also be facing benefit fraud charges double whammy right there
 
So my stepson is visiting who is a sergeant in the police and I casually asked him the procedure etc. He said they only normally arrest someone if they feel that someone is a threat to society or likely to do a runner. If she has been charged then that means they have enough evidence for this to go to court , sadly the back log in the system could mean it’s going to take a lot longer. But at least it’s all happening x

It will happen .. my charity scam case took nearly 4 years … some delays during lockdown & delays then cos if it . Mine & my daughters day in court couldnt come quick enouth But honestly was worth the wait! Even tho it was me who reported all , it was the police / crown that prosecuted him . With so much evidence we had provided / positive identity parade ( well photos) Had never been involved with police or courts in my life but he did me wrong and I am so glad we got him! So yes , may well be a wait BUT will happen & be so much worth it . ( she like him will stand there and waffel, shout at everyone etc and be like a caged wild animal!! Make herself out to be guilty even before all evidence given! ) Lol xx

indeed. It was really interesting finding out how it all works. Like you say once charged it is going to court , the severity of the case dictates whether it will go to crown or magistrates. It will only be thrown out if CPS decide there isn’t enough evidence etc . But what she has been charged with is looked upon being the lowest of the low. This will get to court and she will be punished
