Ok help…

In the video she talks about the night out and they met her friend/brother Mark in the club/pub. Is that the same Mark who had/has cancer?
Yes apparently, The same one who was all clear from stage 3 cancer… 🤡🤡🤡🤡

No I think they met Gonzo’s brother who is called Mark
No it’s not her brother, it’s a close friend who she calls her brother, Like my mum @poola 😂😂😂😂

Would she have been given a court date when she was charged? Or will that come later?
No that comes later. I’ve spoken about a case I was familiar with before when someone our family knew got done for theft from employer. You get charged (because there’s sufficient evidence to suggest you may be guilty) then the defence and prosecution prepare their cases. A court date is set usually a few months down the line. If it’s beyond the sentencing powers of a magistrate’s court it’ll get referred to crown court.

The defendant will enter a plea and pre-sentencing reports etc need to be done. It may even be adjourned a couple of times. Lengthy process 😏
