As someone with a chronic ED this is 100% correctSarah needs to use her next 1hr of “me time” to see a therapist. I know exercise releases endorphins and makes everyone feel better, but that’s not why she is so happy now. She is happy now because she has pleased her ED and can stop obsessing about working out until tomorrow. She is so seriously unwell.

that girl hasn’t matured past the day she started her YouTube channel. Cannot believe someone with a 5 week old or whatever is even talking about size and weight. Grow the f* up, the rest of the world has ffs. We could not care less what size a new mum is. If she’s focussed on anything other than survival I’m going to assume she has issues
