Im wondering if there is a code of conduct for employers even though its a sh*tty fake business run by a has been influencer?

Because I know at my workplace, any get together whether it be xmas party or dinner/drinks with work colleagues is still classed as a work function and can be reported for bad conduct or not sticking to policies. There must be some kind of general protection for employees when there bOss is a fake ceo.

Even if your employee drank your breastmilk as a joke at the xmas party because ya'll were a bit drunk, why plaster it on social media? How mortifying!

I haven't watched the video so not sure if she knew there was a camera but I bet Sarah didn't ask for permission before uploading!!
I hope the poor girl in the video is okay now she's sobered up (actually were they even drinking on the boat?)

She’s just trying to be controversial and get engagement. Doubt it’s even real. Why would you waste precious milk if your baby is underweight and having so much trouble? If he was really struggling right now (and Sarah by exhaustion), surely your “awesome team” would understand that the Xmas party this year is a sit down lunch somewhere fancy with a newborn in tow…to me this whole boat trip and leaving the baby just proves everything she’s been complaining about was just over exaggerated for attention and because she can’t cope with even the normal newborn experience

My daughter is a week older. No feeding or sleep issues at all. I couldn’t bear to be apart from her all day. She is BF and I will be there for every feed - especially as the timing is so unpredictable right now

I HATE when influencers give out their product as gifts. If I was sezzy’s mate and I bought her a present with my hard earned money and she gave me something that she didn’t even pay for i would be annoyed.

Wow she's complaining she's not seeing consistent change in H and his poo, yet has chopped and changed so many aspects over the last few weeks that her approach lacks any consistency. How can she even tell what's working when certain dietary changes may take 2 weeks to show effect.

She said she tried goat milk formula yesterday and he had no mucous in his poo, but it would take more than 1 feed to induce changes to his stool and vomiting etc...

Also the coworkers and breastmilk reminds me of Homelander

Man I wish my 8 week old had only woken up every 2 hrs also the way she just brushed over trying the formula once and apparently that was enough to determine if it helped lol

Didn’t she only start dietary restrictions when H was 4 weeks? In her stories today for his 8 weeks old update she says she’s been (on her orthorexia diet) oops I mean off dairy, soy, garlic etc etc etc for 8 weeks. Classic sezzy stretchy time

I think there is difference here for her. You see when she pumps at home for Kurt to give H a bottle then she would not be needed that much in that moment hence she would not be that special and she would not be the most important person in the room and the only person who can feed the baby. She would not be that special anymore in her mind. But to pump on the boat and infront of everyone etc... Well she is special. So special that she has a baby. She is different from the others on the boat and she is so much more needed than others and she has to do this to be in the center of attention. All eyes on her at all times.

When you put it like that, that's even more gross behaviour that would be sarah to a T!

That poor baby having to smell sweaty Sarah all day because she doesn’t shower after the gym. I bet she was sweaty yesterday on the boat too for the employees feed.
On her stories she said she gets one day a week without F and M because of daycare and preschool. But I’m sure she said before that her mum also has them one day a week. So that’s TWO days Sarah.

My baby is 3 weeks older than H and looks so chunky compared to him my bubba is 6.5kg and formula fed! Healthy and thriving! It makes me so sad seeing him he just looks so hungry and deprived.

Why wouldn’t she go to an allergen free formula? She can afford it. Most babies that react to cow milk protein also react to goat because they’re so similar. It’s usually a blanket “no dairy of any kind” sort of deal if you’re eliminating. You’d only try goat once you were settled on baseline.
