And I’d bet money that these kids are going to grow up with a healthier relationship with food and won’t always be the ones binging down lollies at parties / any time there exposed to sugar, because they know they can get it at home (still sometimes of course, bc they’re kids! But just mean in general :) )
 
Her continually posting about her baby being a reflux baby is starting to grind my gears. Firstly it's pretty common for baby's to get reflux and they usually grow out of it by 12 months. Baby's spit up after feeds this is pretty normal. Unless her baby isn't gaining weight then there isn't much doctors do unless they think it's GORD, which is what I think she is trying to say her baby has but she doesn't understand the difference between GOR and GORD. Even then they usually just recommend thickened milk or in more severe cases antacids (which she refused to give to F).

If he just has reflux keep him upright after feeds and do lots of tummy time? Just because your baby is spitting up doesn't mean they have an allergy or colic.

What did she think it would be like? Kids are hard, she has it better than 99% of mums with three kids. She thought she would bounce back and be a boy mum tribe but she never has worked on her mental health as I think she just wanted kids for social media. She is starting to spiral and probably needs to go to therapy instead of talking to god.

The irony of her complaining about Kurt working when 1) he doesn’t even need to work and 2) the reason he works is because she forced and shamed him into it.

She makes so much money, he never needed to start that business and doesn’t need to work as much as he does. I’m sure HoG has cost more than they’ve made too, it’s never booked and they put so much into that warehouse. She forced him into working (even though they had plenty of money from her), because she wanted the traditional role of a “stay at home mum” with a traditional family that has the dad working (which really ended up coming back to bite her in the face). She (and Brenton lol) would always make digs about him and put him down for not being the breadwinner, and now that he does work, all she does is complain about it.

Sorry, but you can’t be filthy rich and choosing to have your husband work AND also complaining about him working at once. (Obviously I understand why Kurt would want to work, but just in terms of them using it as a victim thing it does my head in)

This is completely true. But even so, it makes no sense why he doesn't take proper paternity leave. He knew this kid was coming and couldn’t book off 3 or 6 months? No planning to look after your newborn? Does he not want to raise his own child (probably doesn’t want to be home with Sarah all day)? What is the point of being wealthy and self-employed if you can’t benefit from flexibility.
 
Darling you don’t understand how people can pump when feeding on demand because you’ve never considered how quickly most people need to go back to ACTUAL WORK.

She’s so out of touch it’s ridiculous. Tell us one more time how you have a favourite child Sez, I remember you complaining about 🐮 not sleeping and how hard is was, not to mention how you were supposedly in and out of hospital with his health, sounds like you’ve blocked all that out conveniently.

The crying that she’s not enjoying it? Duh hun.. maybe you should see a doctor about postpartum depression and try to catch it early.

Her recent stories are fascinating, but sad. She’s so wrapped up in her own self-importance and self-proclaimed title of being a “Health guru” that I fear she would not be utilizing the supports that are available to her. The only external supports she has referred to are an acupuncturist and a chiropractor - don’t even get me started on the evidence-based scientific research that warns against any type of spinal manipulation in young children. And yet, Maternal Child Health Nurses (along with the midwives from her MGP Program) are all available to assist with feeding/sleeping support, maternal mental health support, and GP’s are also so helpful when navigating newborn life (and would happily write referrals to other professionals such as IBCLC’s and psychologists who could provide additional support). Not to mention that Sarah has the means to not only access the publicly funded services, but as many private services as she could possibly require. And yet, her pride/fear of modern medicine seem to just completely get in the way of her getting the help she and her baby obviously need.

Her GP even has a mothercraft nurse who is utterly incredible and will do home visits and refer to the regular GP if *any* concerns (ie. that “pyloric” thing which is a life threatening disorder we see in ED but hey she’s googled it and it will be fine) yet she’s going to go down the completely, justifiably, illegal practice of newborn chiropractic instead of reasonable healthcare where she can get actual help for herself and bub.

the kid has reflux, sorry he’s not perfect Sarah FFS! You have to parent this one, clean up the spit up and position him upright after feeds and for sleep

I take it back, that poor baby is going to undergo a whole lot of bullshit and be restricted with foods for years because he has reflux 🙄 ugh I wish she just got a bunch of stretch marks

Love the slip that she said she stopped breastfeeding F at 10 months. Thought it was 11, Sarah. I mean, we all know it was closer to 6 but for some reason you had to lie about it.

Also, she keeps saying that her favourite child was so easy she could just feed him and put him down, yet I seem to remember he was a very clingy baby who she had to bf / comfort boob to sleep because it was the only way he'd settle.

She also made out at the time that F was super easy and she made a post laughing at everyone telling her it would be hard. But lo and behold he was actually a terror and so hard to deal with 🙄 she lies so much it's hard to know if she's genuinely struggling this much now, or hamming it up for the gram. Will we see a post in a few year's time saying how easy H was?
 
Poor H will be the reason they couldn't go for a 4th, queue in a year or two "we would really love to have had a 4th and hopefully gotten a girl, but I couldn't do another reflux baby, so we will never know, but I trust in God to have let me experience H as a reflux baby to make that decision for us." Blah blah blah
