Oh absolutely. We have had to make sacrifices just like everyone else, we have had ours for years so before the current crisisi mean good for you but it’s not somethingwe Can all afford given the living crisis lol
I think it’s more common in cooler countries. Where I live it’s not that uncommon for “normal” (not sezzy rich) people to have one and there are cheaper models as well. Like from 2,5k on upwards. It’s nice in Austrian winters but I don’t have one either unfortunatelyi mean good for you but it’s not somethingwe Can all afford given the living crisis lol
Amazing - can’t wait to see if she stays on this path or if her “new era” will make any changesHappy New Year Tattlers!
Here's some fun stats for old Sezbot, thanks to Social Blade.
Followers gained / lost per month in 2022:
Jan: 493
Feb: 5,602
Mar: 26,803
Apr: 2,804
May: -3,670
Jun: -5,138
Jul: -6,006
Aug: -7,520
Sep: -4,025
Oct: -3,795
Nov: -5,072
Dec: -6,244
Started with 1,229,259
Ended with 1,223,491
Total: -5,768
Thanks to M she gained 35,702 followers between Jan and Apr. She then lost 41,470 over the next 8 months. She ended the year with 5,768 less followers than she started it with. She has never had a deficit before. To compare with previous years:
2019: 412,728
2020: 157,312
2021: 40,568
2022: -5,768
She's losing an average of 5k followers per month. If she continues this trend she could lose 60k by the end of 2023 which will drop her well below 1.2m. In fact, she just needs to lose just 23,492 to drop to 1,199,999, which could happen as soon as May.
It's safe to say Sarah's Day is well and truly past her prime.
She looks so uncomfortable and stiff, you just know she's got her cowboy legs going incase her thighgap was on show.
Wtf is wrong with the flatbread....View attachment 1847046 q
So I already thought having a 'classic bruschetta" recipe was ridiculous when it's literally tomatoes and oil (and onion if you want) but it's not even on real bread! It's on a wrap! That isn't classic bruschetta!
But also that still seems like a ridiculously simple recipe, tomatoes on a homemade wrap but then I kept reading and realised THE WRAP IS A SEPARATE bleeping RECIPE.
2/3 OF THEIR WEEKLY UPDATES IS tit BRUSCHETTA.

I started reception/pre primary/prep at 4 in SAI’m in WA too, my daughter was 3 when she started kindy as she’s an April baby. She is going into year 1 next year too.
Ya know what? I’m sneakily happy that Sarah got her sauna. Because as someone who seriously damaged themselves using saunas during my ED, I’ve got no fucks left to give to her, and I actually don’t care if she suffers through her own actions. Prune away, Sarah!
Basically, if you overuse saunas you can seriously destabilise your fluid and electrolyte balance, and not only to the point of extreme dehydration. That’s only phase 1, but will still make her skin and hair look as haggard as ever
Sarah can look forward some big body changes ahead with daily sauna use. We all know she’s using it to shed water weight and get a ‘dry’ or ripped look. But the thing is, when you periodically over-dehydrate the body it begins to lose the ability to regulate its fluid stores, and will learn to hold on to every bit of fluid it can, especially whenever you replenish it even a little.
So you end up with massive bloating, even from a glass of water; and edema/oedema, which if it get bad and leaks into the interstitial spaces of the abdomen, has to be siphoned out surgically (this happened to a friend of mine in inpatient treatment - she and I were notorious sauna buddies).
I won’t mention numbers for concern for triggering others, but it can be massive swelling, like double digits in kg. It happened to me, and I witnessed it happen to others first hand. It takes months of intensive work to heal, and it’s not comfortable, and not pretty (which is mainly what Sarah cares about).
But I’m stoked that she’s going to look like a puffed up bullfrog soon! In fact, the process may have already started based on recent Insta pics versus YT vids (though it’s hard to know if her recent pics are starkly different due to editing, or if she’s already been overusing saunas in the shire).
Best case scenario (for Sarah), which is still pretty funny, is that she gets bored with the sauna in a few weeks and it moulds in the pool house like everything else. Another $6k well spent, eh Scummy?
I like that I said the trampoline was going to stop her from doing thirst traps in her outdoor shower and then the next day she posted this titView attachment 1845653 qView attachment 1845654 q
I am sure there are peer reviewed papers on dehydration and oedema, but what I wrote was just my anecdotal experience and observations of others. I think the critical factor is the ED context (which I 100% see in Sarah), specifically the combination of restriction (of food and water) with dehydration through saunas. I am sure that careful regular sauna use can be completely safe; but we all know Sarah’s agenda here - shedding water weight - so it’s essentially a given to me that she’ll over/misuse it.This is so terrifying, have you got any more info on infrared sauna dangers as I want to comment it to all her little stans saying they want to get one too… This is so scary I had no idea it was so dangerous and I work in the medical field!
Yet ANOTHER way Sarah is dangerously influencing her followers to harm their bodies but calling it “healthy”
I can feel it stuck to the roof of my mouth. How incredibly dry does this look. I can’t get over the sundried tomatoes
Amazing - can’t wait to see if she stays on this path or if her “new era” will make any changes
It'll all depend on if she keeps losing followers. She tried a few brand pivots last year - mummy vlogger, devout Christian, lifestyle and back to health and fitness, all of which she abandoned and moved on to the next when the follower count didn't stop dropping. She probably has a list she's working through.
I can see the business era working in the short term, depending on what she plans to do. If she starts being open about how she "runs" her businesses and how she became an influencer then she'll appeal to wannabe influencers hoping to get big like she did. Except knowing her she'll just continue to glamourise hustle culture and prioritising work over her family and health, which people have moved on from now. I give it a couple of months, then she'll default back to health and fitness, especially if the activewear collection is still going ahead and if the cookbook gets released this year. If not than it'll be whatever's next on the list. I'm betting interior design and house renos are on it.
Can totally see her pivoting to the same vibe as Chloe SzepI agree that she's going to continue cycling through different personas and personal brands. However, I think this is (at least in part) being directed by her manager. After her most recent meeting with him, she had that ~surprise~ appearance on another influencer's podcast. I seem to recall more meetings than usual with him around the time her activewear collection "sneak peeks" dropped, too.
It's hard to say if the WFB activewear collection will move forward. She's floundering as an ambassador of their brand, and they're failing to contain the ongoing backlash to their poor customer service, low-quality products, and unreasonably high prices. It wouldn't be wise for either of them to engage in business with the other, quite frankly. I'm inclined to believe their partnership is dead in the water, even if it's not contractually over. They've completely removed any influencer collections from prominent places on their website and have begun working with smaller creators to push their sunless tanning products. Meanwhile, Sarah is tagging any and every local brand she can that fits her aesthetic. Even if she's not angling for a collection under a new brand, she's clearly on the prowl for a steady partnership.
Regardless of where she lands brand-wise, I believe 2023 will bring us her most toxic content yet. The more ~liberated~ and sensual imagery, "stepping back" from vlogging about her family life, hawking vaguely spiritual sentiments, and that damn sauna all pave the way for a deeper dive into toxic, holistic wellness branded as environmentalism, feminine empowerment, and mindfulness. She's riding that mommy fitness influencer to alt right/conspiracy theorist pipeline like it's a damn waterslide.
