You know she’s a dumbass when she has her phone in an infrared sauna just to record herself for IG stories.. 🫠

Does she not think or have any sense.. at all? (obvious no, lmao) - Your stories were bland and boring - as per usual. You’re not making purposeful content in your infrared sauna.. 🙅‍♀️

Also the “I just want to vlog a little bit less now that the boys are getting older..” comment made me roll my eyes. I love that she says this right after intentionally filming, editing and promoting a Christmas Day vlog that heavily feature her children in it 🙄
 
Ya know what? I’m sneakily happy that Sarah got her sauna. Because as someone who seriously damaged themselves using saunas during my ED, I’ve got no fucks left to give to her, and I actually don’t care if she suffers through her own actions. Prune away, Sarah!👌🏻

Basically, if you overuse saunas you can seriously destabilise your fluid and electrolyte balance, and not only to the point of extreme dehydration. That’s only phase 1, but will still make her skin and hair look as haggard as ever 😏🤣

Sarah can look forward some big body changes ahead with daily sauna use. We all know she’s using it to shed water weight and get a ‘dry’ or ripped look. But the thing is, when you periodically over-dehydrate the body it begins to lose the ability to regulate its fluid stores, and will learn to hold on to every bit of fluid it can, especially whenever you replenish it even a little.

So you end up with massive bloating, even from a glass of water; and edema/oedema, which if it get bad and leaks into the interstitial spaces of the abdomen, has to be siphoned out surgically (this happened to a friend of mine in inpatient treatment - she and I were notorious sauna buddies).

I won’t mention numbers for concern for triggering others, but it can be massive swelling, like double digits in kg. It happened to me, and I witnessed it happen to others first hand. It takes months of intensive work to heal, and it’s not comfortable, and not pretty (which is mainly what Sarah cares about).

But I’m stoked that she’s going to look like a puffed up bullfrog soon! In fact, the process may have already started based on recent Insta pics versus YT vids (though it’s hard to know if her recent pics are starkly different due to editing, or if she’s already been overusing saunas in the shire).

Best case scenario (for Sarah), which is still pretty funny, is that she gets bored with the sauna in a few weeks and it moulds in the pool house like everything else. Another $6k well spent, eh Scummy?

Such a weird photo collage to commemorate this year ending. Why? What does that have to do with anything? Why is she "walking" into 2023? I thought she was a boss babe mum with no time to walk anywhere
 
Honestly, I don't understand why the stans aren't fed up with, well everything, but mostly how little she acknowledges them? Didn't wish anybody a happy new year, no words of gratefulness in regards to her teenage following sponsoring her bogan lifestyle for yet another year. Yet a 2023 post of her christian boobs welcoming the new year? (Obviously breasts are ace, you do you, nothing wrong with saucy pictures just scummy-directed).
On the other hand, finally a shred of authenticity in her caption: I firmly believe she has started absolutely every year HUNGRY.
