He's never going to stop.
He had weight loss surgery awhile back and I'm always surprised at his previous size when I watch old videos but I was also surprised to see him without a hat in the dancing video. I forgot he's so bald on top.
I hope this journey for poor Sarah is over soon so she can finally be at peace.

I do too but I think her family are going to go on exploiting her long after she's gone but at least she will be at peace.

Does anyone think that Amelia asked to make a video? I don't. She seemed uncomfortable and said that Josh was watching her. Josh could have explained how she came to live with them rather than having her personally bring up her past. I highly doubt she wanted to explain her situation. I will say that I enjoyed their cute dog.

Definitely not. From the way she said at the beginning of the video that Josh said a lot of people have been asking who she is, he probably told her it would be nice if she made a video right after that in their conversation.
Edited to add: I will say I think it’s very admirable that they have fostered kids. With Amelia now being 20, it means she’s officially aged out of the foster system, so if they wanted to, they wouldn’t have to keep in any kind of contact with her. It’s nice that they gave her a real family.

She kept looking to the side,I feel sorry for her.Josh is exploiting her like his wife.I have a horrible feeling he will video his wife when she passes away.I hope not,money brings out the worst in people.Poor Amelia, it sounds like she's had a tough life and I'm sorry that she's losing her foster mum and at the same time being exploited in Josh's vlogging frenzy, I hope she'll be ok but I'm not sure about that, looks like Josh is spiraling out of control

I never watched many old videos. When did he have the weight loss surgery and why? Was he extremely overweight or just a little? or was it for another reason? Has he had the surgery since her cancer came back this final time?

I can't remember but it hasn't been that long ago. He said he needed to be healthy for his Sarah and the kids because she was but doing well. He was pretty overweight. This is from about a year ago.
