Personally I like this as the next thread title!

ETA ok I did it, I looked. She has just over 4 stars on wikifeet
Look, I’m just proud to be nominated! First nomination. If I win, I’m rushing up onto the stage in my pyjamas and pushing everyone else out of the way.

I don’t know if wikifeet is an actual thing, but I’m NOT GOING TO LOOK.

Am I being thick or something because I do not understand what Sali is saying. Not all rooms have toilets on the doors?

Wee little pixie with her wee little pixie feet just daintily pointing those wee little pixie toes.
(Those mesh flats will never not look awful imo)
She looks great here until you get to the feet and the nausea-inducing flats.

Definitely blonde tho.

the 'not paid, sponsored or expected content' disclaimer always makes me chuckle when she is posting her multiple ad - pr events/press trips pics. Like she would be invited for her sparkling personality - of course they expect you to post Sali, it's the only reason you are there.
Yep, it's always funny when she posts that straight-faced.

Seemingly unrelatedly(!), I did notice a remarkable uptick in mentions of Shiseido products in her favourites/empties/recommendations over the past few months, but that's got absolutely nothing to do with the multiple freebie It's All About The Science! trips she attended courtesy of them (Barcelona and Lisbon iirc).

I just think those shoes look like they act as sieves, except the dust and dirt and all that other stuff is getting sieved directly under your feet, trapped by the mesh and the consequential moisture trapping of said material, and forming into some hideous grimy gum. Like, what's the point? Getting all the negatives of walking around barefoot? And for £££££? Plus your feet must look like you slept on a grill with the pattern thst must be left on your feet when you take them off. Just, idk. It's a nope from me. For real, you'd probably get the same experience, plus better foot protection, by wearing some slipper socks! And save some cash too. 🤷‍♀️

Do brands expect influencers to post pictures of the hospitality lavished on them? Or are these events just a way of bribing encouraging influencers to promote their products? Would anyone seeing an influencer enjoying a freebie stay at a luxury spa hotel think 'That's a brand I should try'? I don't know. It just makes me think their margins must be obscenely large. Also makes me despise both the brand and the influencer.

Only reason I can think why brands would want pics of pr events to be posted, would be that it might associate the brand/product with luxury - posh hotels, fancy dinners. Also, I suppose, it just gets the name out there. All publicity being good publicity.

Going back to lockdown days, she posted a photo of her bare feet with a champagne cork wire-opener thing (I have no idea of the proper name) on her toe, placed there by husband and I did idly wonder then whether their household was 'enthusiastic' about feet. The way she made a show of putting on and displaying shoes in the Vampire's Wife did somewhat strengthen this idle notion, and it seemed to me those little clips were aimed at someone, but someone who isn't the middle-agedish woman cohort I assume she attracts. The odd thing about that fishnet shoes picture is that her clothing looks very heavy, as if for a cool day, and yet the shoes are barely there.

Whatever lights your candle, though.

The cork one made it to wikifeet

Possibly the worst sighting of those shoes.

She’s come a long way since she wore those dreadful fitflop ballet flats to take instruction from the sea…..wait

I’ve got these shoes (a cheap version) and I don’t know what I was thinking. They’re like autumn leaf-catchers. They harbour spiders. I love them but I can’t cope

It’s ridiculous how she’s such a fashion victim
It's a shift in focus. Previously, she put all her energy into not being like other girls, now she is doing the opposite. Bizarre thing to "mature" into.

Not to mention all those months of insisting her hair was grey and she'd never go blonde. Yet here we are ... It's like she doesn't know who she is anymore. She's truly been subsumed by instagram
