I haven't read it yet, but from the last one I recall:
- Lots of comments about the smell
- Technical explanation (for those who can understand) of something
- Use of the phrase 'cheap as chips', usually in relation to Palmers or anything obtainable from Superdrug (plus comment about the smell)
- Allusion to lots of desperate women contacting her about their shamefully bumpy [insert body part]
- Reference to her own issues, now thankfully resolved and historic and definitely no longer an issue for smol pixie, given her secret expert knowledge
- luxury brands for 75% of words, 25% or less devoted to cheap stuff
- reference to a discontinued product which was the best, most holy grail product ever for this issue. Often accompanied by reference to her own stockpile of it.

And also only missing Marian Keyes I'd be interested on your thoughts on that book. Sali's love of it has sadly put me right off it. See also Pet Shop Boys. I don't hate them but an unwelcome subliminal image of her 'first on the dance floor' always pops up when I hear the first few bars of any PSB song.
