It does look suspicious given her following increase was fairly flat for a long time before that and this mass increase is at a time Instagram has been pushing accounts heavily making reels which she hasn’t been.

I’m not sure on her. I don’t see anything wrong with wearing makeup but when she’s spoken about not following people who edit there photos because of the impact it can have on other people but always uses filters which is editing your appearance it seems like pot calling the kettle black.
I must admit that I laughed out loud when she posted the story about only following real people with unedited photos yet she posted it over a photo of herself with a filter. Forgive me if I am being out of line here but she always seems to be posting photos of her fancy cars (“work perk”) and caravan or making coffees in her £600 coffee machine which gives me the irk. I noticed she was on the beach with her Louis Vuitton bag and always flashes expensive stuff but also makes out that she has no money. Sorry if I am being sensitive or out of line here but it just seems a bit tone deaf. I realise people are entitled to have nice things and do as they please however it annoys me and seems like she has everything handed to her on a plate, like with running (Brooks Run Happy etc).

Who does this clown think she is! Why does she have to film and over be over dramatic with everything. Does anyone else find those that post about something but never say anything really annoying and lame? I mean she’s already deceived her followers with the BS about the breakup stuff to boost her engagement 🤮

I know! Oh piss off Charlotte. Her whole Instagram is exactly this, staged and fake. Has she announced anything yet?

No nothing announced yet, she’ll play on it for ages. She’s another one that’s tried to go hard on the reels in a desperate bid for likes and not quite grasped they are meant to be fun and entertaining, they come across lazy and needy.

Sarah’s food posts are shocking. Two runs yesterday and dinner of vegetables with a tiny amount of cous cous and a slice of toast for breakfast cut in half to look like two…
She’s got a partner and a seemingly close relationship with her family. Surely someone has to step in at some point.

I thought the same, it’s one slice of bread!

Yesterday was some kind of salad with a half a pitta/naan, but sliced up to make it look like more.

I expect all the bowls are small and she’s zoomed in to make them look bigger.

The fact she takes photographs and posts every meal says it all, I don’t know anyone else who feels the need to do that.

Her stature is gaunt and child like, definitely RED S, needs help badly.

I honestly think she's a crazy genetic outlier at this point because she has been eating this way and been within the same seriously underweight range for about seven years if I remember how far back I was following her. She should have terrible bone density and be at high risk for fractures, but I can't even recall her having a minor injury let alone a serious one. It's more other people I worry about, thinking they can train and eat like her and get away with it. The overtraining/undereating combination is a recipe for disaster in many cases and I wish she wouldn't promote what she does as something to aspire to, particularly when she gets in crazy amounts of steps on top of everything else.

It's telling that her family always give her food as gifts. Don't know about the partner, but at the end of the day there's only so much you can do if the person themselves is in total denial and has increasingly fast times to back up their delusion of health. I do think her family worry and I feel deeply sorry for them.

I do worry about her long term health but yes, this. I worry about other young runners seeing what she's posting and copying the meals etc. Also I'm certain she's zooming on on food, for example the veg in that heart shaped bowl, they're only small, it's a tiny amount of food.

Yes, she zooms in so you can't see the size of her hand in proportion to the bowl as it would show how small those bowls are, more dessert bowl than pasta bowl.
IS the Sarah you are talking about this one? That one is private though i think so I can't see
No it's sarahs_fitness.

I run 4 times a week and I’ll usually get beeped at least once in that time. I’ve had guys shout at me and one slowed down to my pace and was staring at me. I run in leggings/shorts and a crop top. Maybe the guys are more scummy in some areas? I’m a middle aged female, and nothing special.
I’m certainly no VS model and I have weeks where I can’t do a single run without some scabby bloke screaming at me. Sometimes multiple times. Seems to happen in spells, not sure I’ve been beeped for a month +, let alone cat called. But it definitely happens loads and my running friends deal with the same. Must be luck / areas / time of day

I agree with this 100%.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but who is the online coach you're with and do you recommend them? I'm just desperate for some guidance in my own recovery from a serious injury (I'll likely be out for six months to a year) because I'm so lost, depressed and anxious without running. I've never had anything like this before and I feel like I'm flailing around like an idiot and getting everything wrong. There are so many frauds and moronic so-called coaches out there, so I'm too scared to reach out and commit to anyone. Thanks.
This makes me so sad :(. I coached someone (online) a while back and she left me and went to an instatwat because I ‘wouldn’t let her run fast enough’ (race pace for every run). She got injured for nearly a year after he increased her mileage by up to 40% a week. She asked to come back to me a few months back and then got roped in by ANOTHER instatwat who offered her a discount and now she’s injured again. These coaches don’t realise that there’s people who are literally depressed because of not being able to run properly and they just throw shitty samey plans at everyone then leave them to it

I feel a surge of curiosity about who said instatwats these were 🤔

Spill the instatwat beans! 🫘

The sheer ego of these people is what gets me. I've got coaching qualifications but I would never in a million years think that attending a few EA courses makes me knowledgable enough to individually coach people. Even if I could get over that I'd be shit scared about injuring someone because I hadn't paid enough attention to their every run. That is why good coaches don't "have lots of slots available" but just have a handful of people surely

I've got my leadership in running fitness qualification, looks like for an extra £20 I could do the course to upgrade that to being a coach. I might download some generic training plans and paste my name onto them then see who I can injure
