I’m not sure I’ve ever posted in here however I feel compelled to after watching Helen gaunt hoola hooping in her underwear?! My eyes. My poor unprepared eyes .
My kids would be beyond mortified if I did that and posted it on social media for all their friends to potentially come across. Good god woman put some clothes on - it’s winter

Literally came on here for the comments about the obscenity of a video. I just CANNOT think what went through her head when she a) filmed it b) posted it c) continues to let it remain for the world to see on social media….
I mean…. Imagine the school run mum bitching that must go on at the gates of her kids school

Now this is my inbuilt pessimism but I can't but help think the car running over her foot is a cover up for something... but I could be being very harsh there. I genuinely believe nothing these "influencers" say, if you can even call someone an influencer if they give no detail on their workouts, seem to think core work is just sit ups and weird leg raise tit and stare in to the camera in their underwear with a very awkward smile on their face...

Now I went to watch this (I don't follow her) and that is just so odd. And her pants were up her bum crack in the mirror too! Definitely intentional.

Also… it’s not like they’re running briefs by the looks of things. Just your regular M&S multipack pants. I will spend my entire day confused by the thought process that went into this video.

I get the same level of cringe on rushbynature's dancing after her long run videos. Just find it so ick. Why feel the need to do this?

I don't get it, surely loads of people want to be pacers? Why have someone who might be a danger to other runners?

In better news, it was Elizabeth Clor's birthday yesterday. She is 46 years, which is like mid 40's, almost late 40's (its kind of crazy). She spent the day playing piano.

At least she didn’t do her freestyle dance again, I don’t have enough cringe left in me for that.

She's another whacko that can get in the bin. Can't stand her and how she and that clown husband of hers often think they're above most in the community
