You are right, Kiprun have a carbon plate shoe. What I really meant was that they wouldn’t give up their beloved Nikes and Asics.I thought Decathlon does a “budget” carbon plate?

In real life she genuinely doesn't look that small. I cant decide how I feel about her. She is encouraging to all but I also find her a bit *smug* on her posts and she is very particular about what she posts. The "negative" posts really are never that negative and I think that can have a bad impact on many people.Do they even stock them in kids size 2 or whatever malnourished size Sarahs feet are. At least decathlon have a children's range so Sarah should be able to find some shorts for 3-4 year old girls that fit her without been too loose.

I do think she fuels enough for her current size and she does train sensibly (only my opinion) for her goals, but orthorexia is screaming loud so she will be stuck in a groove she can't get out of...
He was also due to do Seville Marathon last weekend. Make it make sense!Tracking Transgrancanaria and saw this name as I’m scrolling - Ben Parkes, DNS at a 128km trail run? Yep, sounds about right.
Ah missed the new thread again... So has liz newcomer now revealed what all the drama was about a couple of weeks ago? Love that Gabriel posted 2 pics of her saying he is on photo duty for "these two". Guess that explains why she is always talking about herself in plural...
she definitely behaves like she is much higher level athlete than she actually is, saw her recent 10k attempt was 47 mins yet way she behaves you think she is is running low 5 min miles. I don't understand the constant excuses or justification its not her 'a pace', just own it, not everyone is super quick.speaking of Liz, I had to unfollow her on Strava as she’s so annoying labelling any run that isn’t faster than 5 min per Km “EZ miles” or “EZ pace”. I saw one on my feed today from here labelled as EZ but her average heart rate was like 166 or something…not to be pedantic but why pretend something was an easy pace when it clearly wasn’t? It’s like she can’t do a run without adding a disclaimer that she could run faster if she wanted lol
Typical running wanker, "just popping down to the shop for milk, easy pace" = 6 minute mileingspeaking of Liz, I had to unfollow her on Strava as she’s so annoying labelling any run that isn’t faster than 5 min per Km “EZ miles” or “EZ pace”. Oh wow that F75 sounds like a total legend! I agree with you she’s probably extremely careful with not a single calorie unaccounted for - how else could she eat cinnamon buns and hot chocolates every day and look and run the way she does? I do also agree with the PP who said she trains sensibly to an extent, she obviously does LOTS of S&C, yoga and seems to have a reasonably chill job, prioritises sleep, doesn’t socialise much and has no dependents or pets. I used to be able to put my body through a lot more physical stress before I had a crazy job and an even crazier toddlerDecathlon clothes are pretty small fitting...Sarah will probably be fine I'd agree she doesn't look quite so scary thin in real life but she is very small, probably a similar size in height and physique to my child but that child is a very slim and sporty pre-teen, not an adult woman. I have no doubt that her fuelling is a carefully controlled just enough to balance her exercise levels and her body has probably adapted to run on less. I don't think it's healthy, I don't think she will have any great longevity in running as a result. I'd prefer to be like the F75 that is still finishing in the top 20 females in our local trail races than as fast as Sarah at 30-something (I don't remember how old she is exactly)
