Same, I've listened to pretty much everything (bar the Patreon) and have no idea. Merch no one understands - great job guys!

Also, shipping from the US is just so dumb. Either partner with someone to do it from Ireland or don't do it. I don't think the stuff is that badly priced on its face (I've seen much worse), but if you have to factor in transatlantic shipping and customs, then forget about it. Your audience is largely in Ireland, so if you want to sell them stuff, then it has to suit them, not you Rosemary!

Massively delusional. Like others have said, they need to focus on the actual Pod and getting it consistant before trying to go down the merch route.


ETA - they have everything listed as Handmade.......sure Jan!

€45 for a hoodie?! €61 including shipping and God knows how much with tax. This is sold by woman who shipped herself a box of biros from Ireland btw. She clearly has no grasp of money.

Don't get me wrong, I won't be buying it for myriad reasons such as;
-WTF is NNTR?
-Podcast merch is cringe
-It doesn't need to exist, seriously why?
-The carbon footprint must be through the roof shipping it all over the world
-Quality is probably crap

To paraphrase an Americanism, they've been drinking their own Koolaid, thats for sure.

Well, I've already listed just some of the reasons I'd never buy it, so to me, the price is actually the least problematic part. My one hope is that Beatrice wouldn't put her name to something poor quality, but who knows.

4th Arc actually IS that price and more. Heres their hoodie for €55
Sweaters are €48, and the fleecess start at €40. Bear in mind that fleeces are almost always fully polyester and super cheap to produce.
Pippas stuff is €48 for a hoodie.
MTGM don't have a sweatshirt/hoodie, but they're charging €15 for a beanie hat which is described as "cozy acrylic" - grim :sick::sick::sick:
Joanne McNallys merch is €49 for a sweatshirt which i feel isnt the worst as at least its 85% cotton (although again, I would never wear it) but im more offended by this gross trucker cap for €35.

The huns can't match Dunnes/Penneys pricing and make money. They don't have the scale.
