Even the British Royal family had to be filmed speaking QE and PP in the past tense even though both alive at the time of interview
Did they really? I don’t doubt you, it’s just so weird. Why would there be a need for that?

Maybe these kinds of things are normal for the royals, but I would find it so disturbing. The only way I could deal with it, is to make it fun, like say your part about the Queen in the past tense while she’s hiding behind a chair, then she jumps out and says “boo!” at the end. (Obviously that part would be cut out!)

Have we heard from Billy Connolly about Parky yet? Or if he's too unwell these days as his wife said a few words on his behalf? Seems odd neither of them appear to have said anything when Parky discovered him.

I don't think so. They had seemingly fallen out for a while after Michael said stuff to the media about Billy claiming he was unable to recognize friends and other things because of a misunderstanding which angered him and Pamela. They did make up though after Michael wrote a letter and apologised.

Probably use AI in the future. "Her Majesty Camilla was so humble. When she was crowned Queen she still stubbed her fags out on the Royal Curtains and waited for a panicking flunky to come running to put the fire out. How we laughed."
Asked a version of Chat GPT to create two obituaries for Camilla - one normal and one ‘humorous’. This is what they came up with. Safe to say yours is better.

The Daily Express have deffo nicked that now. I'd copyright it forthwith.

How odd. If Phil grew up on that farm his parents must have lived there decades, so it's strange that they would drive so close to a river, in an area they will know like the back of their hand....
His dad was 89 with dementia. There's no way he should of been allowed to drive a car! Thank god no one else was killed.

According to the Daily Mail, it was his mum at the wheel. She had Parkinson's but had seemingly been given the okay to drive. Their carer was in the back but managed to get out and raise the alarm. His brother was there and tried to save them by using a penknife to cut the seat belts and get them out of the water but it was too late.

It may not necessarily be him.
A few years ago my son asked for a Twitter selfie from a Celeb for me and they obliged. He died a few days later from cancer (which he’d not disclosed to the public). So I suppose family/management sometimes like to keep up appearances that all is well by posting on their behalf.
Who was the celebrity?

I wouldn't put it past the Queen to have done that, tbh.

I remember seeing a documentary about parliament or something a while ago, and they mentioned doing this for Tony Blair. One of the people they were interviewing was Dennis Skinner, which is quite amusing because if he outlives Blair I'll be rather surprised. And he also never really got on with Blair.
