I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be an 'unplanned' pregnancy reveal. If there truly was an unplanned pregnancy earlier this year (the one that either was or wasn't ectopic, still have no clue from her ramblings) there's absolutely no way it was accidental, no one who is as controlled as her in every aspect of her life would get pregnant accidentally. If she's pregnant again it would be so obvious she's lying if she says it's unplanned.

She's {literally} full of tit!!! If she's truly got appendicitis or even a grumbling one, she'd be doubled up in pain, high temperature and vomiting. Your first thought wouldn't be, oh I'll post about it. I honestly believe she's guilt tripping her parents as she's pissed they're not being hosted and decamping to the aesthetical pleasing barn. Maybe her fucked up eating habits have finally caught up with her.

I am absolutely livid about this. Not once has my consultant said ‘You need an mri but by the way you’ll get cancer in 20 years’

All her health emergencies follow a similar pattern. Thinks she’s dying. Exam results are inconclusive / doctors can’t find what’s wrong with her. She exaggerates about something potentially causing cancer. At the end, she’s absolutely fine. Anxiety and health anxiety is a nasty thing and I wish she could get some help with it. But she thinks she’s perfect and living the perfect lifestyle so of course would never even think she needs help.

I just googled it and it seems the risk is very small and the benefits of having a scan generally outweigh the risks from the small amount of radiation. So seems like she didn’t need a scan but threw the big C word in just like last time when she had the ‘suspected ectopic pregnancy’ just for added drama
