Pregnancy Off Topic #5 “Are men ok??”

Both me and OH don't get bank holidays off, just Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Hogmanay and 2nd January are guaranteed. We get the annual leave days, can just take them whenever. Long story long, normal Monday for us tomorrow.

I'm not the biggest pasta fan. I don't like lasagne or anything with a white sauce as it makes me want to vom. I can't have vegan cheese so no cheesy or pesto pasta for me either. Just lentil or tofu bolognese or bean balls and spaghetti for me.

Haven't had the best weekend, my broken little brain was not playing nice hence not being around much. Cracked out the emergency meds, hoping I have a better day tomorrow.

At the risk of sounding like an utter loser our washing machine broke and the one our landlord replaced it with it takes 3 and a half hours to do a standard wash, with the only other option being the 30 minute quick. It’s upset me 😂 I like it being more thorough but I also don’t have all day nor can I really get through more than one wash per day on the line

I do a 30min wash for everything because of this same reason. Our old machine broke and the new one is 30mins or 3 hours for anything else. Just means I try to do less in the load or sometimes have to give things a quick rinse if they don’t look like they’ve got stains out. My husband fell in mud and I had to scrub and wash his short 3 times before they actually came out clean.

I highly recommend the pink stuff spray and powder for explosion stains!

Mine has been practicing her olympic gymnastics routine in my belly since a similar time 😒
I don't know how she's still managing to move so much at 37 weeks. No matter what she's digging in or sticking out somewhere, I feel like the only comfy position for me is standing up these days 😩
 
Just had my final growth scan and he’s gone back up to 90th centile now which I’m happy about because I was worried his growth was tapering off last time 💖 it’s such a weird feeling being at term and knowing they could come at any time now. There’s gonna be a lot of new babies on this thread within the next few weeks 💕💕💕💕

I’m so happy to read this, I remember us freaking out on the TTC thread like it was yesterday 💕
