Looking at previous ones they were £45 or £46 so not a huge increase
that not so bad. I thought they were £38 like the other dresses as I don’t own any of the swing dresses

Coming to say the same thing, she spent £147 when she said she had no money. She's not shown the payment part so wonder if she did get it on Klarna or pay in 3 on PayPal£147, is that for the woman who can’t afford her rent??
So looking at her posts she has spent just short of £600 in a month on Popsy.Coming to say the same thing, she spent £147 when she said she had no money. She's not shown the payment part so wonder if she did get it on Klarna or pay in 3 on PayPal
I had hoped the comments from people saying not to not pay rent would put her off View attachment 2534835 q
Oh more than that, it was nearly £600 when I posted the other daySo looking at her posts she has spent just short of £600 in a month on Popsy.
I now have major clothing envy now! I would love to learn to crochet and alpaca wool is gorgeous, I bought a blanket when I was in Peru that’s my winter treat.I've just ordered some alpaca for a crochet cardigan and I can assure you that none of my knitted or crocheted garments look anything like those!

This makes me so angry prioritise your housing, food and essential bills not bobbly polyester dresses which most people look horrendous in.£147, is that for the woman who can’t afford her rent??
She usually posts the actual basket showing total and shipping etc (pays £4.95 for faster shipping) but then posts what she has got. I'm almost certain there are some mental health issues at play here which is why I think she needs to be flagged by mods and some sort of intervention, even if it's just someone from customer care checking in with her.Does she post pics of her with the dresses or is this just her 'pretend' basket

I'm potentially playing devil's advocate here, but why should the company have a duty of care that they check people are spending in their means?I'm almost certain there are some mental health issues at play here which is why I think she needs to be flagged by mods and some sort of intervention, even if it's just someone from customer care checking in with her.

Would we be saying the same thing about say Apple, if someone was always buying the new phone/accessories going into debt to do so?
Is it that Popsy is perceived as almost a single person company and that they manage to drive such a high level of FOMO?
I'm not denying she has issues so could do with help.
I agree with this. We don't expect Next or M&S to care about their customers and how they are affording to pay for their multiple orders so why is this any different?I'm potentially playing devil's advocate here, but why should the company have a duty of care that they check people are spending in their means?

I do agree with you that there isn't a legal responsibility but she posted in the group, which is moderated, that she couldn't afford the items she already purchased. I think adding a group called "frocks and friends" and then not having a duty of care for people is at best naive, and at worst harmful. I'd say most people are able to resist the FOMO but there are so many posts from people already disappointed they didn't get Pixie but lots of then seem to have just bought something else insteadIs it that Popsy is perceived as almost a single person company and that they manage to drive such a high level of FOMO?

This post shows how all in she is. She was also wearing popsy tights and had the matching hat in her bag too. It's sad.
