You can get temporary bans that stop you going live for a week etc. I bet that’s happened as she’ll be losing so much money, I can’t see this being by choice.

TikTok is super hot on gambling, which is something they do all the time on their lives. The live competitions they do such as ‘if you order in the next 10 minutes, one of you will get a prize’ counts as gambling. You get warnings but if you get too many, it turns into a temporary ban.

You can also get bans from too many negative reviews, but they’re 4.7 stars. Anything over 4.4 is classed as a star shop.

My kids love the Plouise stuff just from TikTok but I refuse to tolerate things with that language for children it’s made she hasn’t thought of this or prob just doesn’t care.
I’m by no means prude or stuck up with it or naive children hear these things but I think to use it in names of products your pushing towards children is uncalled for!

I feel the same . The product name is extremely inappropriate given a large percentage of their demographic is made up of children / young people.

Thought the rules had changed with this? Cannot for the life of me recall what the rule is but that sellers have to declare their earnings on social platforms? I also have it in my mind that said platforms have to declare information about sellers?
I am probably wrong about the rules / process .

I don’t know why people go mad for these budget boxes when they all contain a set of pencils /lipstick or whatever and it’s basically 7 shades. There is zero variety of products in these boxes .

Who wants seven bronzers when only one can actually be used?

I feel like her car park winter wonderland is going to be a car crash.

Yes the mock ups look lovely, but in reality it won’t be covered in snow. It’ll probably be freezing and pissing it down.

She’s already said you need to find your own parking. There’s a couple of food vendors, which you know will be over priced. I can imagine her over selling tickets and it being rammed with very little to do.

The whole “order in the next 10 mins and win” thing is so unethical and in bad taste. She has repeatedly said “oh there’s no pressure to buy, just enjoy the lives” but then condones and even encourages people to make multiple orders to win. The same demographic that when I look at comments or lives are saying “oh I’d love to be able to afford these”, “need payday to come” etc.

Ultimately it is up to the consumer as adults to deal with their own finances and decide what they can and can’t afford but to encourage reckless spending, especially when they market to young people & *kids* is so crass and unethical. If it was everyone gets one customer = one entry fair enough, not encouraging multiple orders throughout long lives, screaming and shouting and pressuring the customer.

It’s often the mystery boxes people have to buy within a certain amount of time, so people don’t even know what they’re ordering to be in with a chance to win a prize.

They always increase the time limit as well, it starts out as you’ve got 10 minutes to buy, then 10 minutes later people still have 10 minutes, then 10 minutes later they say lots of people have it in their basket so they’ve got 5 minutes to check out, and so on.

considering how much they make from the lives it would be a poor business decision to stop them completely whilst still doing Christmas content, no? Surely you’d resource for a least a couple of hours to push orders. Very fishy Paige 🤔
 
Yeah so fishy. They usually cope doing lives and making content just fine🙄

She’ll be losing so much money. Going live helps your videos perform better too, TikTok pushes you on the algorithm more. So she’ll also be losing out on views.

Imagine if it’s a month’s ban 🥴

Mr beast is in trouble for doing this same thing on lives doing a countdown and putting "surprises" in orders. It's actually illegal. He did the same thing the countdown that would drag out for longer. You cannot ask people to purchase something to enter any giveaway. So that's maybe why
