I’m sure it was last year Black Friday sale, they sent out boxes with notes saying out of stock, she blamed other people, I can’t remember if they were rectified or refunded though but it was still pretty poor.

The black Friday bonanza I’m sure she blamed a third party shipping company for sending the boxes out with a note and no product but surely the third party would need to get the materials from P.Louise to send that out…?

Nothing the company or Paige herself says everrr adds up.

I’ve just received a budget box and they’ve sent red lip liners with a pink lipstick palette. I contacted customer service and they’ve replied:

Hope you are well, I am sorry to hear your disappointment regarding the budget box, I can only apologise about this and budget box items are always selected at random and we cannot guarantee the same shade range as they are randomised. Thank you for reaching out!

But there was a video advertising this specific budget box where they said these two items would be sent in the same colour way so they match (what use is mismatched liners and lipstick) - I’ve just gone to find the video to remind them and they’ve deleted it!

Theyve packed them all wrong and now they're pretending it was supposed to be like that. I definitely saw it advertised looking like they'd been matching, which is the only way it would make sense. Who is using a red lip liner with nude lipsticks?

She’s been called out for the record packaging as it needs button battery’s but doesn’t actually secure the batteries. A woman whose child died from swallowing a battery, called Paige out about it on multiple posts and they’ve not even acknowledged it. The Instagram account I tagged has been posting about it all.

The broken oven fiasco - there were a few videos from maybe a month back that did the rounds on TikTok where people received a broken oven and were being ignored by the P Louise team ( and P Louise)

It’s from the packaging that looks like a record player, there’s lots of TikTok’s of people putting button batteries in and saying there isn’t a way to secure the battery compartment. Some parents one who’s child died from swallowing a button battery had called them out for the dangers. P Louise haven’t done a recall or made any statement acknowledging the dangers.

I wonder if it had something to do with the third party company they used still considering that classed as a delivery and therefore can still charge Paige per package that they sent out, even though no item was sent out.
