She really does think we’re all idiots because let’s think about it,

I’m assuming her Customer Service staff are trained when they start so I’m assuming they’re told not to refund empty boxes, missing items, faulty items and to not be accommodating and make it as difficult as possible for the customer.

Customer then goes on TikTok and goes viral and posts scratching trust pilot reviews and it blows up.

Paige then acts shocked that her beloved and valued customers are treated this way and ensures to capture the bollocking they get on camera for the precious vanity project documentary and comes in to save the day, once again proving that she’s St. Paige, defender of the little poor people. All while people forgetting it’s her policies and processes she’s teaching them.

I have just watched the documentary and it’s a painful watch. The way she speaks to her team is awful . The way some of the staff ( the older ones ) are looking at her says it all! She’s rude, abrupt , butts in and talks down to them all.

I don't get the whole hoarding it on shelves and not using it....I mean why?
I have some of the lip products but I use them.
But all these people with shelves and shelves of the makeup all boxed who don't use any of it absolutely baffle me, what's the point
Many of them even confess they don't wear makeup they just collect it because it looks pretty and they're addicted to buying it for the packaging

You know the marketing and graphic design is good when your potential clientele don’t even understand your products and what they are

She’s been called out so many times for how bad the designs are, she’s in so baby bad graphic design groups (other half is in the industry).

The pink and gold is notoriously difficult to read, especially those with dyslexia and also you have to read war and peace and fully 360 investigate the packaging to find out what it actually is.
