I watched her live on her personal account for a bit yesterday.
- She was sat there having her hair curled. She makes out she’s always sooo busy, but when you’re having your hair curled for you at 10am on a work day, you’re not as busy as you make out.
- She was saying since she’s told people her staff get commission for working outside their hours on live, the social team are getting so much hate. I feel like it was silly to tell people what they’re making. She just wanted to brag and make herself look good.
- She was moaning about Daniel and telling everyone how moody he gets. As a boss I don’t think you should be talking about your employee like that to your audience.
- She’s bought some new build flats nearby and she’s turning them into a P Louise Airbnb and also accommodation for her staff.

I’ve said it before but all this ridiculous commissions and OTT tacky deco and unnecessary spending is just to avoid paying more tax!

Just watched the cluster of IG stories and few things to note
1. Why is she walking round in her manky ass dirty bare feet? Not only is it Health & Safety it’s also hygiene and just good manners. Oh wait, it’s cause she’s Ceo Boss Babe so everyone has to look at her manky toes.
2. That BBL is so bad that I actually think it’s getting worse cause she’s now waddling when walking.
3. Phone cases which you can fill with lip oil, cause we all know how those liquid phone cases of the past worked out. Her stuff is cheap tit so is she going to reimburse all the water and oil damaged phones?
4. The Empire is empty, what happened to fully booked all year round? Another round of BS.
5. She’s went full blown Toys R Us with the colouring book and cheap pens. This is supposedly a professional Charlotte Tilbury level make up company.
6. My all time favourite, at Christmas we get to walk round the Christmas village outside the office where we the end of the row we can meet Santa in a giant glittery Bad witch box! Cause kids, that’s where Santa lives and works, in cheap shite lip gloss boxes.
She needs an actual member of staff to tell her NO. Please stop. You’re not creative, you’re desperate and you need to hire an actual creative RnD department who won’t pander to your every whim.

I saw a TikTok of someone who received a lip thing with an empty tube and they just said that they couldn’t do anything! Another was a woman who had bought some make up brushes which all came apart when she used them. Cheap Chinese products sold way above what they are worth!

I wonder if the products are even safe as the knock off make up products from China have been found with traces of harmful chemicals in the past.

Legally it will be safe but a lot of her products specifically state to not use on the face because of the types of dyes used which I find hilarious.

. There is another video doing the rounds on TikTok of Paige in a meeting bollocking her staff. Whilst clearly don’t know what has gone on her response was a bit OTT and unprofessional . Felt the toxicity through the screen.This isn't really accurate, some pigments aren't allowed to be marked as safe for eye use in America only - you'll be able to find YouTube videos that actually explain. Those tiktoks are from UK buyers who don't understand the US issues, which is fair enough.
