Don’t know why this has just come to me but I bet not one of her staff are DBS checked which they all should be especially as they are around children!
It would only be the kids entertainer she hired who needs DBS checked, everyone else she can get away with because their job role is not directly working with kids.
Otherwise in restaurants or shops everyone would need to be DBS checked and it’s not something employers do.
That said, considering she’s starting to focus more on children including kids make up, it would make sense and cover her are if more than the kids entertainer are checked if it’s becoming more of a kids play palace.
