Her and that chubby fella, are they the only ones who do the lives? They’re the only people I ever see. What are their job titles? The whole set up just seems so amateur. I imagine they’re all on minimum wage and just happy to be there

omg Grace Beverly (TALA owner) is like this too. Even the social media posts (which there is an entire team for) get signed off by her LOL.
Plouise seems the exact same. Once those staff leave this cult they'll be surprised how actual corporate jobs work, even in social media/marketing. It's weird and unusual for top-level management/CEOs to need such fierce control over every element.

She definitely reads this thread, because ever since we all said about how she does nothing but work, she's been posting more "life" stuff and not just work. Snore, you're still boring.

I bizarrely watch these documentaries every week so must enjoy them on some level. I’ve paused this week’s as she’s just had a meeting going off at a room of very young girls over why haven’t they done xyz, including swearing at them (wtaf!).
It’s very clearly a hiring issue? This isn’t me being ageist or a troll, I’ve spent over half my career in (big, lol) ecomm/d2c/omnichannel/vertically integrated brands and it’s unrealistic to expect
talent to all adhere to the empire’s aesthetic and be competent because that’s just not how it is in the rest of market. She very clearly has mishired and is expecting her fish to fly. She needs to invest in people, before cars or retiring random pensioners, and get some experienced hires in to turn this boat around before she does catastrophic damage to her brand or - as it appears rn from TikTok - falls foul of consumer protection regulations.
There’s so much clearly going wrong here that even just hiring one experienced consultant to give some of the more screwed on staff some ideas of how to run their departments would be worth its weight in gold. I won’t give free consultancy advice lol but that HR woman being process focused is a great start so big ups whoever she is.

The problem is she's a text book narcissist...her brother's, bf, and the gaggle of late teens/early 20s young gay men and girls she hires will do whatever she says and worship her in the way she feels she deserves, if she got someone who actually knew their job and dared to disagree with her at times she couldn't take it.

And this isn’t me shitting on young talent, I’m a young HoD (in a non revenue driving department, where we tend to exist! ), but she cannot expect ppl in that age bracket in their first or second job to be fully competent in role much less lead entire business areas, plus they don’t have anyone above them to manage/mentor them to success?Tbh watching the rest of that episode she runs it like it’s a 24/7 TikTok livestream jolly so no wonder they don’t knuckle down / it will inevitably only ever attract a certain type of employee. I’m all for prison reform but having an ex con stomping about the place with no reference to what happened/what he’s doing now would be a strong no thx for me lol.

Don’t know why this has just come to me but I bet not one of her staff are DBS checked which they all should be especially as they are around children!
