Pippa is ruthless. She wants to be a big business owner with a fancy office and on trend furniture with a 3k Christmas tree more than she wants to actually nurture a business and watch it grow. She wants to prance in and out of her office in her fancy gear and play girl boss. I wouldn’t be Aimee’s biggest fan but she never got carried away with that side of it. Her passion was always about the product and not the image of being a boss witch. Pippa has thrown money at all the wrong things

Totally agree. She longs to be a Victoria Beckham business boss without having to do any actual work to get there.

Exactly this. The money spent on furniture and Xmas trees and lunches would be far better used on research and PR. Anyone building a business puts all those trimmings last and concentrates on the bones of the product. The market is saturated and P thought her name would be enough. Not relatable anymore.
 
Wonder will Aisling continue to promote the poco beauty range. She always had it on her stories and claimed it wasn’t an ad, it was just her job (her job being to promote the range so… advertising it???). Surely if she loves it so much she’ll keep posting about it even though she doesn’t work there anymore, esp since it’s not an ad.

Lisa Shannon used to say up cosmetics was the best thing ever she highly recommended it. Yet never mentioned or used it since Pippa got out of it. They're all fake as each others. Liars the lot of them.
 
Cut throat indeed sacking Aisling after less than a year - can be done for no reason/no warnings or performance management needed when there less than 12 months.
In fairness to Aisling, my sister in law worked with her in a magazine capacity back in the day and had lovely things to say about her.
All her ott #iworkwithPOCO on her stories…. Cringe! She won’t mention them again.
 
I've never followed Ashling but beidee POCO she shared everything on Substack so it seems only natural that's where she would go back to to share her woes. After reading the first article seems like she gave up alot for POCO and perhaps her contract wasn't very water tight considering ever walked away from.
As for HIM I assume that's BO - that's would suit him thinking he is boss man firing people.
 
I got a notification about Aisling’s piece on substack this morning on my app (don’t know why as I don’t follow her on it but maybe as a suggested person to follow). Then I saw her story later where she showed people who had subscribed via a link put on tattle. I’m not sure she’s really in a position to be snooty about where people are subscribing from, she surely needs the money but also, I googled her name and Tattle and up popped this thread and I wonder was that her aim all along, to send people to Pippa’s thread as a little revenge for sacking her.
