It was Aisling’s job so wouldn’t expect Pippa to share it, would have been too over the top. Clearly Aisling didn’t meet her targets and probably had a 12 month review. Happens lots but I’m sure it’s a hard pill to swallow when you’re in such a small pond and everyone knows everyone. Ellen close to both women so it makes things awkward.

Cant read all as rest a paid subscription..shes admitting she was let go👀I'd say Pippa is ruthless..not the first staff member shes had that disappears
 
In fairness to her , she did not have a lot to work with, there is only so much you can promote with the few products Poco have launched. I used follow her but stopped when she started with Poco. It’s beginning to feel like UP , it was all about the launch but no product range. I would think Pippa has a vision of herself being a big boss lady and it’s as much about that as anything. She would use all the expertise from Aishling but give no credit and Pip will make all the decisions based on looking cool on instagram. She is ultimately an influencer not a business person.
 
What's the purpose of her going into the details of being let go? It stings, of course it does, but Jesus keep your dignity woman! Was it Legohead or Izest guy who sacked her?
Nobody should be surprised when they're let go if there have been proper performance-related conversations throughout the year...... If she wasn't meeting her KPI's surely she'd know this? If she was meeting them but was sacked anyway then that's pretty tit.
 
So Lisa Shannon has more or less confirmed that POCO beauty is just white labelled muck!
She said on her stories today that when Pippa & herself were in Italy at the manufactures they asked to have a look at their cleansing RANGE!!!!!! So these products ( POCO and many others sold by Irish Influencers) are NOT individually designed & formulated by the influencers- just the packaging- just like we all had guessed! Good to get it from the horses mouth all the same. Nice one Lisa - tells us more about the ranges you asked to have a look at 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
