I cannot imagine the brand has seen much growth in Q3&4 of this year. Any momentum to be gained was got and is spent now. It may always have been a 12 month gig with an option to renew. Perhaps neither party saw value in moving forward together. In twelve months time that brand will be all but done. Discontinued. Destined for the heavily discounted sections and bargain bins.
Agree but also Aisling would have stayed until she had secured a new role if she had the option I'd imagine.
