So going back, I’m sure we’ve all done things which we look back at with regret.

When this initial intimacy or moment happened in Phil’s dressing room, why didn’t he just apologise and say it shouldn’t have happened and wouldn’t happen again?

If everybody knew what had gone on why wasn’t he sacked at the time just for lack of professionalism? People get fired for far less.

If it was before then why wouldn’t she be allowed to reply? It’s a strange thing to say and implies that there is something going on legally?

I said this yesterday and somone said well if there is an investigation ongoing she will have been told not to ! I argue as you that he text her when he put out his resignation statement so well before any mention of any investigations .

I don't know if anyone watched the harrowing documentary regarding a girl abused by her father from the age of 2 and how he framed it: 'she was always a sexual child and she just drew me in. Everything that happened, she initiated.'

My point is, it sickens me that this PS / MM case is dressed up as 'an affair.' It's a similar level of denial: as if it's just 2 balanced consenting adults in a relationship that went wrong when that's v far from the truth.

And pedalos always always do that: 'the child seduced me' etc.

I am so glad you said that, because some of the 'jokes' and photoshopped images are horribly homophobic, plus using Matthew's image to provoke humour is distasteful to say the least.

Maybe ‘turned a blind eye to it‘ is not the correct wording, what would you call not going to the police when his brother had confided in him about what he’d been doing with a school boy? He told Phillip in September 2021, it wasn’t reported to the Police until December 2021 by someone else and if it hadn’t been reported then? It sickens me to think how much longer he would have abused that boy and PS has the audacity to talk about feeling suicidal knowing what that young boy had to endure at the hands of his brother.
