Eamonn LOVES the gossip. We sat for 2 hours discussing smugface n his antics...he couldn't really say that much tho cus he's only met me a couple times 😅
I cna imagine him Eammon on here
Welcome Eamonn your platform awaits ;)

This is personal and he feel aggrieved.

Phillip should consider acting as he is great at it as I always thought he was lovely, kind and gentle and he hides it well.

Then again so do Narcissistic personalities psychopaths.
They always seem the most sweetest people but they take you down on a psychological level.

You don't known till you're drowning
Then you don't know its them until you do your homework

Yes Eamonn is giving us all a giggle on a Monday morning but he was happy to play along with the charade too when it suited him - the coming out theatrics happened under his watch as presenter. Just like the current ITV lot, he was happy to turn a blind eye to what was going on.

He mentioned this AM and basically said he was conned by the coming out too and then alluded to how everything all came to light after E.g the real reason behind why he really came out. I believe Eamonn there, we all know MM threatening to speak out was what made Phil come out so it’s definitely plausible that up to that point Eamonn/Ruth etc were none the wiser and all the reports at the time made out that they were blindsided that Friday morning as it was only HW, PS and Frizzell who knew it was going to happen.

I agree he is doing himself no favours and is coming across as unprofessional but he is 63 years old, he could retire today and be comfortable for the rest of his days. He doesn't have much to lose. I find all his digs amusing with all that being said.
I found him endearing but changed my opinion of him when he went to GB news as I'm a leftie.

Eamonn has no hope of retiring anytime soon, he owes the taxman an estimated 250,000, he lost a court case to the taxman after a five year case, so lord knows what legal costs were for him too.

Just watched an excerpt of EH on HW. He is really gunning for her now. Says that in her statement she thanks Phil for his knowledge, his experience and his humour. The sofa won’t feel the same without him. Eamonn said they were all the things she didn’t have when she started so she has stabbed PS in the back.
I just watched that too on YouTube - good for him! I mean if there were ever any doubts as to the veracity of these rumours - Eamonn just completely obliterated them!

They had to rush out Phil's big reveal on the Friday as the Sundays were about to run a story. Fairly sure E & R had no choice in the matter. When you watch back that interview you can see that Eamonn had to be almost dragged over to the group hug. Then he said he was disappointed for two reasons, 1) he thought Philip was going to resign 🤣 and 2) he'd never understood how could he and Holly share a hot tub without Steph minding. In hindsight he was throwing excellent shade. You can see Philip's eyes almost narrowing....

Holly needs to watch her back.
hell hath no fury like a pip scorned
he will be consulting his lawyers as we speak
make no mistake
we haven’t heard the last of him.

I give her 6 months on the sofa before she’s moved sideways

the whole programme will be having a shake up

this country is the not the same as it was pre covid

life is harder and grittier than ever and people are voting with their feet
we’ve had enough of fakery, wokery ,them and us attitude
and we’ve turned off in our droves
Our tv hasn’t been switched on all week.

the loss of our freedoms for so long means we are outside as much as possible
people are worrying about how to put food in the table and how this ulez expansion is going to affect their jobs and businesses
if they do switch on their tv , they want a bit of escapism not fakery and feuding…they’ll get plenty of that at home ( hollow laugh) or should that be holly laugh

yes, she needs to watch her back because there’s an angry man wanting to see her downfall who holds her responsible for all his problems

and that is a horrible contemplation

What story were they going to break? The fact he’s gay or something to do with MM?
Is there something else coming? We know Holly’s distanced herself (to put it lightly) and he’s been forced out but why would something break now when it hasn’t before? Do ITV know something about his brother’s case? Is there evidence somewhere that implicates Schofe in his brother’s crimes? Just thinking out loud.
