This is me! I had horrendous period pain last Saturday but nothing to show for it and 9 days later...bam! Wish I could understand my body!
Has anybody had heart flutters or palpitations in peri? Only started having them yesterday. I have a big event coming up so thought it was a bit of anxiousness but I don’t think it’s that. Cut back on caffeine, etc and not too bad now but it’s still there. About a year ago I had the odd one and saw the GP. Sent me to a cardiologist and all very good and healthy. Feckin menopause

Yes. I read that palpitations at rest are almost always due to hormones ,either peri fluctuations or thyroid issues.Has anybody had heart flutters or palpitations in peri? Yes to the itchy ears! I thought I was going mad! It’s behind my ears where they join to my head.I was experiencing that before I started HRT. I've heard its typical late stage peri.
Does anyone else suffer itchy ears? Drives me insane, especially during the night !
The only time I had this was with mirena 9months in when I had other menopause symptoms too. I got it out soon after.Has anyone had period pain with slight spotting but no period actually turning up?!

just checked the old period tracker app and I'm now at 351 days since I last bled
2 weeks and I'm officially menopausal. at 40 ☹
Almonds help. The kind with the skin on. Avoid mint.Out of the blue I think I’ve got heartburn (GERD?) a burning cool feeling in my throat. Never had it before. Also so full of anxiety and rage. Last night with all the fireworks being let off in a locked park, my dogs were barking nonstop and seriously I could have gone all Sweetpea on those fuckwits letting them off at 12.30am.
Any tips of the heartburn? I know I need anger management
That’s good to knowAlmonds help. The kind with the skin on. Avoid mint.
Are you on HRT? As it’s recommended for those who go through early menopause to protect your bones etc.
My friend pays privately for hers with Boots. Not sure if that's an option for you ? Think it's about £50 she pays.I'm not. I can't get out to get to the gp in person due to other reasons
it's just another thing on my list of things to do that I just don't have the energy for
Ask for a telephone consultation, that's what I did and I also liked that I could have all my notes in front of me on the table. It's well worth it to help prevent bone density loss.I'm not. I can't get out to get to the gp in person due to other reasons
