The stuff with the pills that’s bad is that they’re probably taking them too often. I can’t see them learning how to buy stuff off the dark net, so they’re probably paying street prices

MDMA works by prompting the release of loads of the naturally-occurring serotonin in your brain, which makes you feel ecstasy, hence the name. Serotonin normally makes you happy and controls your mood and appetite.

Serotonin is produced in the gut and requires an amino acid/protein you get through eating cheese, nuts and red meat - something none of them really include in their diet. They eat like tit. If their bodies are low in serotonin, and they don’t take supplements normally, they are probably low in serotonin as it is. there are also supplements you’re supposed to take when you do mandy, and if they’re not taking the supplements, then their brains will have a super hard time dealing with it. You’re also supposed to let your brain recover for a bit before taking it again

My concern is that if they’re sitting around at home doing mandy every week or two, or more given they don’t have a real job to wake up for or anything to do, they will either get serotonin syndrome or just get flat out depressed. Or, they could be doing it totally safely and that’s that. My opinion of doing mandy is that if you encourage others to do it, especially as an influencer, you should direct people towards harm reduction, and it doesn’t seem like they’re doing that

It bothers me so much how lazy she is with youtube. If it's her only job now surely she can post more than once a week
I agree, I feel bad saying it because you do just never know what someone is going through behind closed doors no matter how happy she seems you have to remember she lives alone. However, she gives off this vibe that she couldn’t give less of a tit about her subscribers, she rarely shows appreciation for them. E.g. when she got her car or moved into her flat, most appropriative people would say something like I couldn’t have done this without you guys etc, but her nothing. She couldn’t care less about the people, all she seems to care about the money. She puts minimal effort into videos adds a sponsorship and gets some money and that’s it. No matter what she could be going through, I just wish she’d show more appropriation to her subscribers because after all, if her lewys and flossie are as best friends as they say, they wouldn’t even be friends if she hadn’t of blown up, thanks to her subscribers. If you even look at fan pages she follows, she never even likes or comments on their posts, I mean if you follow them and a fan has gone out of their way to make an edit or compliment you, just say THANK YOU, it’s not that hard.

the reason she might not thank her subscribers when she gets things could possibly be because she comes from a privileged background anyway so had money before youtube, unlike youtubers like anastasia, haz etc or because she hasn’t had an eye opening/ life changing experience like flossie, evie or liv. or that may just be the way she is

The thing* with the pills that’s bad is that they’re probably taking them too often.

If their bodies are low in serotonin, and they don’t take supplements normally, they are probably at risk as it is*. You’re also supposed to let your brain recover for a bit before taking it again, to give your body time to produce more serotonin*

leaving unchecked typos/bungled phrases makes me feel a bit annoyed lol, sorry guys. But I do it all the time

Olivia earns crap tonnes of money for doing basically nothing - the least she could do is be nice and not set an example that could land someone in suicidal depression. I would have strong words with her if she was my little sister

Just chiming in on the gear thing - Coke can make you gurn too, which given their no doubt comfortable financial situation coupled with ED tendencies, I feel its more likely they took that than MD (coke suppresses appetites). MD/Pills raise your body temperature and can make you sweat buckets, coke is a bit more dignified in that regard as it doesn’t really do that

tbh I think that might just be a crack in the phone, it looks like the same phone w the same line/crack on it in the video clip just before w the same girl holding it... although I don’t doubt they did drugs, is that a baggie in John’s hands?? 👀 lol

I think that phone looks like it's cracked to be fair but she definitely does take drugs lol I have mutuals. At the same time who cares it's her life but they shouldn't be going live when they're completely zooted. They have a young following and promoting drug use shouldn't be encouraged. Surprised their management hasn't interfered at the same time

Echoing what greenvelvet said, taking MDMA can very quickly deplete your serotonin and can cause you to become very depressed with regular use and that's just for the regular person with normal routine, normal goals, normal lives. They don't do much else other than sit around and cause drama, I can't see them taking those drugs doing much for their mental stability (which arguably is already ropey especially Flossie and Olivia)

Here’s the thing, I actually don’t think there’s anything wrong with going on live zooted (as that’s just weed), I also think their audience is 15-20, which means that they’re most likely also doing drugs as it’s pretty much ingrained in to the UK/NI culture, so I don’t even think it’s really ‘influencing’ them, anybody who’s on the internet these days has likely been exposed to drug use. & honestly I don’t think there’s anything wrong with doing drugs especially in social atmospheres.

I just think it’s so so embarrassing to go on live gurning. They look like weirdos because they’re on stimulants when it’s just the two of them sitting at home, they honestly look completley pathetic and like they’re trying to show off. The amount of second hand embarrassment I’m feeling for them. It’s the same energy as when that one y9 has a drag on a zoot for the first time and goes and buys a head to toe outfit with bud leaves on lol

Everyone is saying that it is okay for Olivia to do drugs because she is 19 and everyone does it at that age, but i really disagree. When you choose to be an influencer and gain a large following of mostly impressionable young people, you are aware that your life is going to completely change and you have to make better choices. Whether olivia wanted to become this big influencer or not, she’s had plenty of time to change her ways. Her doing drugs in NI in the early days is whatever because she was clearly just doing youtube for fun, but now when she has this huge following and flossie’s jaw is practically a swing set on tik tok live it’s clearly just a matter of olivia not giving a tit and not taking her job seriously. Because this is her job - she has no other income, she’s scrapped uni and all of us have basically paid for her flat that is constantly a mess and that car along with the thousands she spends on clothes probably every week. It’s honestly just pathetic in my opinion

i agree, i don't think its wrong she's doing them. I find it really weird that people expect influencers to never act like the rest of the people their age or ever date.
It's just cringe that they put it on the internet. Also can they not have fun without a camera involved? like if they were having a fun night in and got a baggy of whatever why would you wanna switch on a livestream?

because they’re insecure and desperately seek approval from social media...... too self obsessed and immature to just relax and enjoy the evening privately instead of showing off so eeeeeeveryone knows that you’re actually a skins character

I think people are perfectly entitled to do what they want but she has a responsibility as an "influencer" to ensure what she's influencing people to do isn't illegal or "immoral"

Yes I agree. I also always think it’s funny that so many people who talk a lot about human rights, Black Lives Matter, etc. (all very important causes) often seem to spend their money on drugs, ignoring the horrendous human right abuses and exploitation in the drug trade. Sure the guys at the top are usually just bad people, but there are a lot of not so bad people caught up in the drugs trade, that have no alternative, especially in Colombia and South America. So many of them are trapped and cannot get out of the drugs trade, and of them are murdered. Plenty of innocent bystanders are murdered by those involved too. Their money directly funds this stuff, yet none of them seem to remember this, as long as they get their gear for the weekend.

We know Olivia cares about this stuff, she’s vegan, she posted a lot about BLM, I’m sure she’s posted about other human rights injustices. So why does she, and so many other young people spend their cash on drugs that cause destruction in this country and especially on the other side of the world.

Here’s an article that talks about the ethics of buying cocaine.
