Also even with a helmet, without skin protective gear, you will be DEGLOVED. A friend of mine with full gear (helmet and suit) had a 50km/h accident on the road a year ago and his leg has still not recovered.

Long time lurker here.

I found Niomi right after she got engaged to Joe and watched a lot of her content from 2017-2019. Then I forgot about her for a bit and watched the whole trainwreck unfold. Oh boy, trainwreck is not even an exaggeration in her case.

Her on again off again fiancé is creepy and I’m not saying this lightly. He truly is SEEDY. It says a lot that so many of her followers are voicing concerns about him and I’ve never seen anyone defend this guy. He’s also quite unattractive and off putting, the kind of guy you date for a bit just for the sake of it when you’re 19 and then a few years later you look back and say “what the hell was I thinking?!”. He’s not the type of guy you get engaged to… TWICE.

The way she broke off the engagement for a couple of months and then just put the ring back on her finger and hid her fiancé is so, so telling.

She’s only 32, she’s pretty and has money. She could go back to London, find a decent boyfriend, get married, have kids and have a similar lifestyle she had with Joe.

But no, she’s so scared of dealing with her feelings for Joe, multiple broken engagements and ending up alone at the old age of 32, she’s willing to sacrifice her life, her career, her family, her health and her wellbeing. All for that ugly (inside and out) thing.

Truly mind boggling.
 
I think Joe's break up must have triggered her father abandonment issues so much that she went into total overdrive to survive that. It must have confirmed what she feared (maybe she thought she was not worthy of love, then she learned through the relationship with Joe to trust him and that she was, and then he dumped her - I mean that is a major slap.in the face moment in life) and that's why she's not letting go of Donkey cause she wouldn't survive the confirmation that she can't get a man to love her.....

That screams depression and it has nothing to do with Bali vs. England or the weather. It's her. Especially since she's from England and has lived there for most of her life...so that would mean that ostensibly she's been "seeing everything in black and white" for most of her life if she's only just now seeing color.

Also why is she only able to appreciate nature abroad? England has a ton of wildlife and scenery. 🤔 I guess she only loves and appreciates nature when it's a specific climate and ecosystem LOL.

I'm sure she has some issues from not having her biological father in her life, but we really don't know the full story. Maybe it was Verity who left him and not the other way around, maybe he doesn't even know about having a daughter, maybe Verity doesn't know who Niomi's father is. And Niomi had a long and steady relationship with Marcus throughout her youth, and she had a loving step dad. I don't know if she had to suffer or feel abandoned very much, even subconsciously. I'm not even sure she would still be hung up on Joe today if she had 'won' the breakup and ended up with another perfect, enviable partner and life. I think what gets to Niomi the most, is that life isn't an easy-breezy, sunny road leading to a fairy tale castle, but has ups and downs, and, most importantly, requires her to have agency. She had everything handed to her all her life and didn't really need to do anything. That's why all her projects end up stagnating and eventually dying, Niomi doesn't know how to stick with it and craft her own life. I think that's the biggest hurt for her, having to do it for herself. She still expects every venture to become a success by itself and doesn't realize success comes from putting in hard work every day for year after year. We preach this daily on this forum, so I feel like a broken record, but she had her influencer career kindly gifted by Marcus and his audience, she received daily gifts and dinners and major life organizing from Dreamy Joey, she never had to lift a fecking finger to get anything, and I think she feels hurt by life because this has stopped. She needs to grow up and become an adult. Her life looks like an adult life because she has money and is able to do things most people need to work for, but this is deceptive.

I think seeing everything in black and white is just a phrase meant to create mood and drama, like my heart speaks in whispers. It's just Niomi, bullshitting her way through a video, trying to sound deep and profound. I'm sure she saw plenty of color in London. I mean, how many pictures did she take of tacky Portobello Road?

Oh, dear. He showed her face on his Instagram, only a matter of time before she does the same. Also, "pure magic" is the exact expression she used in her vlog to describe sunsets, I believe. It was something nature-related. I know it's a rather common thing to say but it speaks volumes they use the same words. She's so brain-washed, everything he says is like sacred to her (it's obviously HIM who feeds her his empty words, not the other way around).

I actually love that film, it’s been a favourite of mine for the last 20 years… The ultimate message is that everyone should have the opportunity to choose the life they want, without judgement. There’s no right or wrong, whether you opt for traditionalism or a progressive lifestyle, as long as it makes you happy.
What Lordon is doing is suppressing Niomi’s desires for a traditional life.

Personal growth would be fostering good relationships with your future in laws, treating your fiance to a lovely restaurant on her birthday trip, looking out for her health and wellbeing and trying to fit in with her life as much as she does yours.

It's not living off others money, spamming Instagram with illiterate waffle and incel retreats.

Niomi didn’t have a step dad growing up. She was a teenager/almost an adult when her mum married.

she’s mentioned before how difficult she found it, going from just her and her mum to then a step dad and half sibling.

Yes! Of course he's the one pulling the strings behind all these thoughts and this just basically proves it. "Embrace your own path". This is what she's been repeating the moment she met him. She really becomes who she's dating. The only influence - and it's not a small thing, mind you - she probably has had on her partners in the past is controlling what they eat. At least with Marcus and Joe. Even though Lordon looks 100x worse these days, it's his own doing, I really doubt she has any kind of influence on him, on any matter, tbh. Remember when he "bullied" her because she was eating chocolate (? I think it was chocolate or something) in a video a while ago? I hate his guts but that was a taste of her own medicine, tbh.

You're right. I just looked it up, and she was twelve when they met and sixteen when they got married. Who's the half sibling? We never hear about them. They don't seem to be part of the family.
