You’re so right. I was just watching her 2016 vlogmas recently and she was editing every vlog herself (24 days straight), while also being at her peak influencer busyness, attending all the events, etc. And you could see she was thriving. But now it’s like the less she does, the less she can handle?? So she doesn’t do tit all day every day, month after month, now she can’t even edit one video a month herself, or post one freaking chatgpt substack? It’s insane how lazy she got.
 
heard this saying today that goes something like
'If you get on the wrong train , be sure to get off at the first/nearest stop . The longer you stay on the train the more it will cost you.'
its not about trains but I reckon it absolutely applies to Nims situation
she had a chance to leave but didnt leave
the longer you stay with someone wrong for you the more time you waste that you could be spending with someone great/ learning about yourself

She is the first of many wives/gfs lordon is looking to recruit and if she can cough up the money to buy his pad where he'll house his ladies and 'retreats' then his plan will have worked and she'll soon be forgotten about

I was listening to two newish american/la youtubers/influencers on who got them into making social media content and they go through the ENTIRE brit crew but not her
they say marcus zoe tanya jim joe etc but no NIms HAHAHAH guess she didn't make it over the pond....
 
I thought she also used to have a video editor at least for a period of time (just the same as some other youtubers) when she was with Gleam? is she finally officially dropped by Gleam?
and it baffles me that she didn't even consider to mention about the hourly rate or other benefits when she's looking for an editor. She's just so smug and delusional to think that people would just flock to apply for it just because of her "name" is it?

I was about to say the same. I’m sure she posted a video about her editor before and how she would say to the editor ‘cut this bit out’ etc?
 
Wow that video was dull and depressing. And the lack of mentioning the creep Donkey 😂 No more dancing in the streets?
And most people aren't convinced by whatever *this* is.

Reminds me of the sunk-cost fallacy. She’s too afraid to abandon it because of how much time she’s wasted with him, even though abandoning it now will be infinitely better than keeping it going.

She needs to cut her losses and move on

She did have a video editor, I wanna say she got one in 2017 or something? But before that, she edited her own videos. I think she hasn't been under Gleam Futures for many years at this point, but I might be wrong

I would like to hear NIOMI explain what her “creative process is when starting a new project.” I would like to hear NIOMI explain why she thinks people should choose to work for her. What are NIOMI’s qualifications? She would not hire herself for this job.

I’m also willing to bet this is a minimum wage part-time job, but she’ll exploit the crap out of this person.

As a foreigner the property will be leasehold, you will not own the land it is on. (IMO a great idea!) But quite risky that one day the landowner/government will just be like right we want this back to build our own place.

Yes but was it niomi that was put together and organised herself or was it those around her that were carrying her?
Gleam brought her brand deals directly to her, organised and collected payment then paid her after taking their cut. Gleam micromanaged her schedule very much like private school does. They collected her freebies pr box for when She felt like collecting it.

Dj organised all the home life, finding the place, handling the bills, insurance, furniture moving and assembling, getting petrol! Most of The driving, their dates, planning holidays, airport runs etc. Callan even rremembered that she actually admitted tp never even making the bed!

All niomi ever organised were her exercise classes and spice rack. She is used to people doing everything for her, even now with the video editor. She just assumes that is how life is.

Lordon doesn't operate that way, she is probably very confused at no longer being coddled. Painfully waiting for lordon to step into his masculine energy or something that he promised when they moved back to bali and she surrendered her finances to him. (I'm guessing here, but I do think she is funding this new life)

You know that Dj bit you wrote kinda explains why now she doesn't have a home or a more permanent place to call a home, because she doesn't have someone like Joey setting it all up for her. He did it all. She's mostly good at moving into her friends flats that are fully furnished but aren't being used. It's like the older she gets the less of an adult she's becoming.
