I’m not familiar with it or the criteria but I know of others with a child on the list who’ve been waiting years, unemployed and really bad circumstances, she’s clearly not homeless or on low income? As she gets paid a few grand per AD. So why would she get a new build for free? Does she pay mortgage ?
What makes get so special to get one so quickly ?

Circumstances and where u want to be housed there’s a whole new estate being built up beside turf.. she prob claimed over crowding in her mummy’s, single parent prob said he chucked her out of the house she has mental health issues etc and gets more points

No they are definitely the one in divis. Have drove past them loads. The ones on Monagh bypass are didn’t style of house and arnt co ownership. They’re all social. As others have said there’s thousands on waiting on houses years and with kids with SEN needs. She’s definitely in the know

She’s on like her 4th car now since last September she said because she keeps dinging them. Daddy’s money pays well, pays for her insurance too as said on her TikTok. Very out of touch wee girl

Had a look at her page, I think her problem is she’s not that pretty like some of the other insta huns so she try’s to be a bit more out there with her weird clothes, would not follow her at all
