I am guessing so.. it's actually quite good really that some can be a part of it for a couple of mins even if they can't commit to doing a full role again. I have got over my sulking about old characters coming back and am now enjoying it. I have no knowledge of it from 1995 to 2021 though so am actually now enjoying looking up who fits where. I thought I would end up super confused but so far so good!

After the little recap “previously” they just show the title and then straight into the episode. No theme tune at all

I hope they bring back the original theme complete with cricket playing for the last ever episode

yeah I was wondering why they had been doing that and thinking maybe they will revive an old theme tune… we shall see!

I'm almost 35 and this is true of me too, everyone used to sing neighbours to me to get me to sleep 😴

Wait until 3+ hours of Neighbours with the finale, a show on the stars from it and then a show of songs from those who released songs.

Question for you all.....What's your favourite song ever released by a Neighbours cast member? It's so hard to narrow down to one. I can appreciate cheese like Too Many Broken Hearts, Especially For You and Kiss Kiss. But I have to say I loved Delta Goodrems first two albums so maybe Born To Try.

I was obsessed with deltas first 2 albums! Innocent eyes and not me, not I are still bangers 🤣🤣
 
It’s not a neighbours song as such but years ago they used to play a song ‘one good reason’ I don’t think it was called that, but that was the bit of the song they always used, I’m sure it was the only one they had the license to play so used it for every filler section. Always made me smile. It was pretty cheesey and my other half and I used to sing it all the time.

Talking of licences I’m sure they had some sort of product placement deal with Apple around 2011 ish. Everyone was waving iphones about in front of the camera any possible chance 🤣

Also loved the one that went “I’ve never been to Cuba”
That’s the only line I remember
 
The production have done an amazing job to make this as special as possible for the fans. From all the returnees to naming the extras after fans, to all the many in jokes and throwbacks. I can’t think of anything more they could’ve done 💓 all the returnees don’t even feel strange at all because so many of them are mentioned in the show constantly anyway (like “oh I’m going to visit Paige”).

Don’t watch the new trailer on Ch 5s Neighbours Twitter if you don’t want spoilers but Susan’s expressions alone are gonna make me cry! 😭

Brilliant albums. Every song she released were great so Born To Try, Innocent Eyes, Not Me Not I, Out Of The Blue etc. Almost Here was a good song too but I think her dating Brian ruined her career in the UK as Kerry back then was really loved by the public so saw her as a marriage wrecker even though it was after her marriage. I think she got a lot of abuse and decided to not bother here which is sad.

She even had tunes she didn't release in the UK that were bangers like Predictable, Throw It Away, and Electric Storm.
