They are completely missing the point regarding this though. It’s not about cancer patients getting access to charity holidays. Its about the idiots who use their cancer diagnosis to play the influencer game; nick uses her illness as her USP to obtain free stuff. She uses her illness to emotionally manipulate her followers into parting with their money to fund her extravagant lifestyle - a lifestyle that in reality does not represent what life is actually like for the majority of normal adults and certainly not for the majority of women in their mid 30s with terminal cancer.

I will be honest, I find hard to relate, because I'm child free by choice. However, I will say this: if she thinks women without children are judges as "less than", she should try being of my generation (I'm 50). Women these days can say "I'm not having kids" and people won't bat an eyelid.

I have two, my best friend chose to have none and the only time it's even referenced is when we jokingly talk about her significantly more extravagant holidays than mine. Honestly, bore off Nat- nobody is arsed
 
Childless women are not thought less of Nat. No-one really cares if someone else breeds or not. She bangs on about her choice being taken from her but it was to save her life.
This woman just loves to wallow in self inflicted misery. All she does is go on and on and on about the surgery. We get it. It was brutal, horrific, scary, life altering but how about living in the present?

She is so bleeping boring. Her surgery almost seems wasted on her because however many years down the line we are from it, shes not moving forward at all. Shes still unemployed, unmarried, doesnt seem to have any real world friends or hobbies, she’s doing nothing with her life and shes just stagnating constantly living in this bubble of self pity. She needs to pull her head out of her arse and get a bleeping grip.
 
What was it all for if she is stuck in a cycle of self pity? I believe there's a high chance the cancer will return so why spend the present being a miserable drip, whinging about what she hasn't got?
I asked her once when she was going to get married and the reply was "we'd love to but we need to be able to afford it first!"
Not convinced this is even a real relationship. They're never together. Do they even live in the same place?

Maybe she should i dunno, get a bloody iob?! I dunno what the point of their relationship is. He lives in the flat in east ham or wherever it is, which will be costing a fortune, shes never there, she doesnt have a job or any ties to london now really and shes always in Devon. her whole life has just stalled, i dont really even know what she must spend her days doing?! Is she not bored?!
 
Yeah, a job would be a great start. Bet she'd say she's too weak/tired/in pain to work. She seems to spend way too much time obsessing about her surgery, her losses, wandering around a deserted Cornwall beach. Isn't she 40 now? Nat appears to be wasting her life, waiting for the cancer to come back.
Involving herself with other (non cancer community) people and doing something useful would be great but wallowing in misery and sharing it on the gram is the sum total of her life.
 
She wants to wear the title of influencer’ and collect all the trimmings and yet this is the content she dishes up. Any wonder it’s not paying well.

Go get a real job Nat Woodward. You won’t have time to wallow in your own self pity and you will be doing us all a favour!
I just watched the Kara Tippets story again … if you really want some true & genuine inspiration Nat, perhaps you should watch it too!
 
I don't doubt what she has been through is horrendous and the thought that the cancer will come back at some point must be hard to live with. But it seems like she is just existing until it comes back.
It's tit she can't have kids, but if they hadn't done the operation they did she would be dead. Can't have kids then either.
I'm sure she is just a naturally negative person but I can't help but feel like she is wasting this second chance at life.

yeah I agree. I also think it’s clear as day that she has severe PTSD from cancer / the surgery and she needs to see a therapist specialising in this area. She must be unbelievably draining to know in real life
