New post to advise she’s had 5 ‘growths’ removed from her bowel. I would call polyps ‘growths’ just as I would call anything more sinister ‘cancers, tumours, malignancies, suspicious masses, metastatic disease’.

She has a colostomy bag which means only a part (if any) of her large bowel was removed. As opposed to an ileostomy bag in which the whole large bowel is removed.

Is it me or is she attempting to be alluring most of the time? Even in the reel of her after her supposed procedure she looks like she posing for the cover of a cheap romance novel cover - pursed lips, fanned out hair, lace bra peeking out behind her hospital gown.

I agree but then again, she does seem to me like a shallow person, very much obsessed with her looks. What other interests does she have? What is she into? Nothing comes to mind.

She likes wandering around deserted beaches pretending to look whimsical and dreamy. Apart from reminiscing about how awful her cancer and surgery was, (I believe her) that's it.

She looks a bit like a blow up doll with those fake lips and fake boobs.
Her boob job is shocking too, it reminds of that overly round, too-big look that was popular in the early 00’s. I remember posh spice getting hers done and looking ridiculous, Nat’s are like that. It doesn’t stop her eye-bleeping herself on almost every post does it.

I think she conveniently forgets that she’s beginning to look like mutton dressed as lamb.
