Her glass is very empty. Yes she’s been dealt a tit hand but so are millions. She’s so lucky to have been given the surgery she has and to have had so many more years of life. I would be appreciating the fact that I can live my life, go on holiday, spend quality time with friends and family. Yes having a child maybe was incredibly important to her but it doesn’t define you as a person or the happiness you can have. I think it’s desperately sad that so many terminal cancer patients might stumble across her page and see her moaning on - many wishing they could be in her shoes. She needs to realise the privilege!

Someone says what I have been thinking for a long time!
Yes, many of her Instagram friends are terminally ill patients, and many struggle to get out of bed. Imagine them seeing Nats moaning and whingy daily posts?
Nat constantly bangs on about having to live with a stoma bag for the rest of her live. Was she forced to have it? Nobody forced her. Nats been given a second shot at life.

This perpetual moaning and whinging years after being given a second shot at LIFE is really disturbing. The influencing and inspiration she drives is lost in her disingenuous dialogue of self pity.
It’s very obvious Nat has no thought or heart for those less fortunate than herself!
I’m surprised bowelbro doesn’t afford her some airtime on one of his ‘lives’ so she can whine, moan and groan in tune with his stir fry!
Perhaps her own little trowel and little pair of gloves would cheer her up!

Seriously shitting in a bag is not as interesting nor as shocking as you clearly think it is. Its a non issue. Move on with your life and stop acting like it’s more than it is. Its beyond boring.
 
She has the same close-lipped semi-smirk in every single one of her photos. She's got to practice a better and more natural look for her pics, imo. If you're looking the exact same in every pic, you know it's put on and unnatural. It's quite an unbecoming look to be repeating over and over.
