I think I said this on an earlier thread... She's basically looking for a kicking so she can feel she's been punished and done penance without actually doing the hard work of sorting herself out and making a change. It's masochistic.

Interesting. She definitely likes to feel helpless and hard done by. I guess if she gets enough people on MN calling her a useless waste of space, she can go off and feel sorry for herself, and stop trying to improve her life/home because “I’m useless and I can’t”.

Yeah, that too. Negative cycle. Anything other than actual change, however initially small.

They're not helping her by engaging. Best thing anyone could do is give her the details of an organisation that could help, wish her well and leave it at that. She clearly isn't there for advice.

There’s definitely money in it! Socks, tights, shoes and pants mostly plus other things

Can’t remember the name of the site I saw mentioned on another group I’m in but it was for real. I always joked about setting up an only fans for my trotters with no face on show, might add in pants and socks too! Easiest side hustle ever! Really not sure MN is the place to ask though, the pearls will be broken 😆
 
I hate that I know this (and I swear I haven't done it), but the selling dirty pants business is just that, a business, and a very oversaturated one. You could make money from it but you need to put the work in, and there's very little out there for women who won't put at least someone's face, body and "profile" to it. The successful ones have a significant following. I suspect a lot of them recruit to keep up with demand, so if you're not willing to identify yourself as the supplier, I think you need to find someone to hitch your wagon to - someone with more customers than she can keep up with, who will basically act as a distributor and take a cut of everything you provide for her to sell.

Getting the stock isn't difficult but marketing is something else. And, I don't know...obviously there are women who can and do do this with absolutely no mental ill effects and power to them, but I think a lot of women who are interested in it overestimate their ability to be detached and businesslike as they'd need to be. As with anything, if it really is that easy to make money and mentally insignificant, we would all be doing it...

I know right? What kind of slums do they live in ffs? It's dirty and disgusting and I am by no means excessively houseproud I just don't want to live in a tit tip.

All the posters saying that she inspires them. Seriously? Her life is a chaotic bin fire, how is that inspirational? Just pick tit up.
