I think she probably thought it unlikely to happen but also knew it would mean she’d bagged him long term. But I think she’s probably struggling now with the reality of it all. But in many ways she’s not helping herself by being constantly out and about and I don’t expect she’s thought once about what would be best for Lola.

My view is she felt bad about getting divorced so now has to portray this 'found my soulmate, so much so that I had a baby with him at 43' line to make up for it. When in fact there is little stigma about getting divorced and a huge hell of a stigma around having a baby with someone you've known for 5 minutes when your kids are only just getting used to not having their parents in one house any more.

Don’t forget, she said that this otherworldly relationship was formed via constant messaging on WhatsApp. So she knows Chin more than we know our partners, who I presume, most of us actually spent more than 10 seconds with before we fell pregnant.

I keep remembering how when my husband and I were in the earlier days we were always making grand plans for things we’d do together because we LOVED EACH OTHER SO MUCH and were having lots of sex.
