He has another job too. She's mentioned that he has two jobs. So I'm assuming a normal job then football as a top up.

And covering stains on the carpet with rugs she's no chance of getting a deposit back,the place will need fumigated when they leave!
Landlord will need new carpets and a full paint job as well probably n she's not even been in it a year!

She is clearly annoyed she has to move to a flat because they can’t afford a house. Alot of people start out buying flats, i know i did. by the sounds of it, its mostly Hamish’s money thats being used to buy it. She needs to get a grip!

Was it not so long ago she was on ranting that she wouldn't buy a flat/house its just not worth it, am sure it was her that kept going on about this when she moved to england, am glad to see she cleaned the house for the inspection its the only time it looks presentable. 2 bed flat = 1 room for hame 1 room for her and the two girls
