Bear in mind that "hate crimes" in this instance includes saying a man is not a woman and vice versa.

Also it is estimated per the 2021 UK Official Census 0.5% of the population “do not identify with their birth gender”
It’s statistically impossible for circa 250k people to outweigh being the victim of a hate crime compared to the millions of those who are of another race (ie no white English) etc.

Also editing to add as I misread - since OP grouped Trans hate crimes with LGB hate crimes-

Also it’s worth bearing in mind, that as far as trans hate crimes go, a 'hate crime’ can be as simple as someone saying they don’t believe people can change sex. If a trans person is offended by that, they can report it as a hate crime, Ditto if someone is referred to by the ‘wrong’ pronouns.
