i get Sid buying him stuff to make it more like home , even though he won’t treat it with respect , but upgrading his perfectly fine tv to something bigger is just ridiculous. No doubt he will get her to upgrade his armchair to a brand new sofa, and the normal mattress to a top of the range memory foam one soon. Then maybe get her in to paint the walls , inbetween her weekly cleaning visits
