Mamamia #3

I’be totally disengaged from any Mamamia content about 6 months ago. Unsubscribed, stopped listening, unfollowed because the pods became rubbish and all about the Lavigne/freedman/Stephen’s family dynamic and the subscription offered nothing of f value. And now feel justified because of the obvious bias regarding the Gaza conflict. Will never engage with the content again. Would love to know what listener/sunscriber/follower numbers are like.

Not sure what app you’re using but on Apple Podcasts and Spotify you can turn off the setting that automatically downloads new episode
 
Anyone else cringe when Leigh and Kelly spend the entire podcast talking over each other and having passive aggressive digs?
Doubt they’ll be working together for much longer. I think the verdict is in on Lee and no one wants to hear screeching on topics she has no expertise in. Why doesn’t any working Australian stylist host the fashion show? I even miss Deni. She isn’t fashionable, her consumerism is utterly disgusting and she is such a mean girl. Booo
 
My god these people are pathetic! And so weird that the twins’ mum is so involved.

I am the same but have occasionally listened to MMOL only to have wasted my time. The standard of content has fallen so far.

Because they don’t pay - why would any stylist do this. That’s the only reason Leigh gets a gig - because she is an employee.

Anne Stephens whole personality is being the mother of two of Mia Freedman’s employees. If my mother was as involved in and obsessed with my work life or my mother in law as she is, I would be mortified.

It's seriously odd. Your mother commenting on a forum about you or on behalf of you. I had a friend who was very famous and her mum used to go on the fan forums sometimes (anonomously!!!) and report back and the friend would RAGE at her! And she probably had reason to be on the forums - this woman does NOT.

Apologies for my mistake team. I still stand by the fact that we don’t need an explainer of what a country show is. She acts like all their listeners are from the eastern suburbs of Sydney and that she’s moved to broken hill and the two groups couldn’t possibly understand each other and their daily lives. Lots of people “live regionally” yet only city people refer to it as that. And also lots of city people have a basic understanding of how small towns work and what a show is.

I just looked up Shoalhaven. It is so much closer to Wollongong and Sydney than I'd have thought by the way she talks about it! It's hardly that rural either.

and I thought idiot sophiadophia cancelled herself with her comment to Tony Armstrong at the tik tok awards or whatever it was
She has a speech problem and an ATTITUDE problem
