The Menopause is tit. Really tit. It sends me into scary places too. If you ever need to talk reach out. I'm in perimenopause. I have periods every 2 weeks and then nothing. Mt mind us down then up. I honestly don't know if I'm coming or going. Sending you lots of hugs xx

HRT has saved me, not for everyone, but until I actually started it I didn’t release how bad I was… I feel normal & free now

No I’ve coated the entire bedroom
